Jacob was fantastic. This guy ran a diagnostic on my car, noticed that my tire was low and without me asking or any hesitation on his part went in and grabbed a pump to pump up my tire. Incredibly, when that pump was broken, without thinking twice, he ran to his personal truck and grabbed his pump and pumped up my tire.

He walked me through the process of repairing what was needed to be repaired and was as nice as could be. Thank you O'Reilly's for having staff that actually cares for their customers. Well done!

Every time I've had to come here the staff has always been so helpful and made sure that I left with the right tools or parts for the job, and when I ran into issues, a tool broke, a part wasn't right, they've been awesome in getting me the right part or a better tool for whatever job I was doing.

The older man working there was fantastic, very very helpful and diagnosed my problem and saved me some money. What can I say, but outstanding and give that old dude a raise, he deserves one.

Great service at this location. Went in to get new wiper blades and Jacob could not have been more helpful in choosing the right blades. He even installed them in my vehicle in a raging snowstorm!

Great service. William helped us replace some very difficult headlamp bulbs, in the hot sun no less. We really appreciated him going the extra mile. Wish we had come here first. The people at auto zone were terrible.

I went to the one in Amelia and they was so rude to me, this store promised every word to me and made sure I was leaving the store happy and also put on my new wipers.. Shout out to Dale and to whoever else was working that night. You guys are great with customer service experience !!!!!!!

I was in Cincinnati (out of town). I live in Columbus. My battery died. My honey insisted I go to Auto Zone. They would not replace my battery for me.
There is a bar (3 screws) that needed removed first. They said it is their policy that removing that bar, even for the 15 minutes that it would take to replace my battery, would compromise the integrity of the car and they could not be liable. Ok, 3 screws that I could do myself can't possibly cause this much trouble. I left. 300 feet down the street. I pulled in to O'Reilly's and everyone was so upbeat and kind. They took care of my as if I was their sister or something. A employee from Jiffy Lube had stopped by and he even went outside to assist the guy who was about to change my battery for me. I fully recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts and Jiffy Lube for friendly service. I will not go to another parts store. Seriously, if you want confirmation of my story, I will give it to you myself. O'Reilly Auto Parts first, ladies! Thank you.

I was out of town, my battery died. Talking to my husband, and he says "Pull in to Auto Zone... they'll change it for ya!" Didn't happen. They gave me some bull about a bar that needed to be removed ya da ya da ya da. They won't do that, It's a liability thing. I said, I'll drive down the street and take it off my self. "Nope, won't touch it." I was mad but it was because I wasted time in there. Not because they wouldn't do it. I pull out and 300 yards away is an O'Reillly's (8430 Beechmont Ave).
I pulled in and said the exact same thing I said at Auto Zone. The man pulled up a cart with 2 toolboxes on it and loaded up my battery. We went outside and he popped the hood like it was no big deal. A guy came over from Jiffy Lube and helped him. It was all so easy and the guys were nice. I really can't say enough good about this experience. I'll pass 3 - 4 parts stores just to get to this one. ☺
