JCW's The Burger Boys - American Fork

Visited for the first time and l was surprised as I’ve never been to this establishment. The food was tasty. Service was super friendly, patient, and prompt. The facility was clean and inviting. The lemonade was delicious. They offer military discount. I would come back to try the other items on the menu.

This was my first time to a JCW's and I was impressed. The atmosphere feels very much like an In 'N Out, quick service but generally very busy. Food was great. Didn't get a shake this time but they looked awesome and will definitely try one next time!

Came here with friends around 8:45 pm on a Saturday. Place was pretty crowded but clean. The line was almost to the door but we got to the register pretty quickly.
Everyone's food came out hot and we all enjoyed our food. I only got fries and a shake.
The peanut butter shake is creamy peanut butter. Still a good portion added. Was a bit disappointed that my large stand alone fries was smaller than my friend's large fries with a burger.
Did have a good time and would consider coming back when in the area again at food time.

Visited today during the lunchtime rush. The line was to the door but the cashier's worked through us quickly to take orders and give us a tag for our tables. It took about 10 or 15 minutes for the order to arrive but that was acceptable given the crowd.

These burgers are my favorite style, where there is a lot of char, like you would get from a charcoal grill in the backyard. I got the bacon jalapeno 1/3 and loved every bite. The fries were great, thick cut and well salted. I've never been here before and don't know if they have other locations but will certainly revisit if I see another.

DOESN'T ASK FOR TIPS! Doesnt "have some questions for you." Just pay for your meal, and get good food. The burgers are great, chili fries are excellent. Never a bad experience. And once again... they DON'T ASK FOR TIPS.

Have you ever had cheeseburgers or chicken strips here before?! If not, you’re in luck. This is just about as good as it gets. My family and I are repeat visitors. We are from out of town, but if we are driving through, it’s a must have. I would argue your dining quality, taste, and experience here is far better than In-N-Out Burger. Loads of food to choose from. Have it your way, just about any way you want it. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful. The whole place was packed and surprisingly VERY clean. I can’t say enough good about this place. Would eat again!

Absolutely a family favorite. We love the turkey bacon sandwich. We usually share some cheese fries with ultimate dipping sauce. One word about their bacon; it's always crisp. I've never had a piece of undercooked or rubbery bacon. They absolutely do bacon right!

Fantastic burgers, fries, and shakes. I have eaten here many times and it is a great spot to get delicious burgers and fries. The bacon on their burgers is unbeatable. The variety in the menu is great, with lots of really tasty burgers to choose from. I love the jalapeño bacon, the jalapeños add lots of kick. The pastrami burger here is also really good. The fries are crispy and they have excellent fry sauce available in pumps. When I'm in the mood for a great burger, this is one of the places I think of first.

Although it was busy the day we went, we dined in. We were able to order food right away and find a booth to sit at. Overall, the food was great! We have enjoyed eating at JCW's each time. The shakes are always a favorite!

Always wonderful food. More than you can or should eat. They give you awesomely large portion sizes. I always leave full. Simple bacon cheeseburger and fries tonight, but everything here is amazing. Does not disappoint.

Tonight I went to JCWs on impulse and to do a cheat day. I got the JCW Double with fries and medium Oreo shake and I enjoyed it. It wasn’t too busy inside because I came in at 5:45 pm however the staff was exceptional. The burger is dang huge but it’s delicious and the fry sauce is so good. The shake though was the best. I would say this is the ultimate place to have a guilty pleasure and not have care in the world. I’d utterly recommend this place to anyone. Will definitely come back again.

Good food, bit of a boring atmosphere, service is nice and fast but they took my left kidney. Highly recommend the oreo milkshake, I'm legitimately addicted to oreo milkshakes and theirs is great.

We love JCW's and look for any reason to treat ourselves! The burgers are amazing, the chicken platters are filling, and the shakes... they do not disappoint!

Delicious high-quality food EVERY time! My husband loves the hamburgers, and I love their veggie burger -- it's the best I've had anywhere!

The food is good. You order at the counter but they bring it to you at your table when it's ready. The ice-cream is very good. Prices are a little higher than comparable burger places.

Came here for a rather large team activity. Unfortunately we weren't all able to sit at the same table, we split into about three tables nearby.

Located along the busy State Street, it is actually a real good location that can be seen easily from a moving vehicle.

PRICE - 3
Honestly, I don't go to JCW's that often primarily based on the price. Don't get me wrong, the price for quality does cost, but can easily drain the pocket.

PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5
I ordered the guacamole burger and it tasted amazing. Also got a drink and fries. The fries are typical fries, and the drink was basic Coke products. As a plus they do serve fry sauce.

POINTERS/PERKS - 5
If you come in a larger group 10+, you may want to reconsider, as it is next impossible to sit together, and that many orders can become complex. Unfortunately they don't seem to have anything established for large groups, so our food all came out jumbled with no clear identification what was for who...

EMPLOYEES - 5
Employees were friendly and professional, not much more to say.

First , they have such a great staff and hard workers. I never thought I would get so much food. The Burgers were the beat I have had in a while. The Chili Cheese fries and hot dog Amazing!!!! Oh and the 1/2 liter of coke ...bravo!!! We have a new favorite place for sure....Thanks again.

Food is always great! Service is poopy, it takes 30 mins in the drive thru everytime! No matter what I order it a 30-40 min wait.

Best burgers (and shakes) in SLC. A must try when in the area. They also have other menu items and salads.
