JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I have been so impressed with the framing department of this store! I have had two things framed here (the pictures on either end in the attached photo) and both times were easy. The staff has always been kind and prompt, they work hard to give you the biggest discount with whatever deal they have going on at the moment, the work is top notch, and it is done fast. Next time I need something framed, I will be going back here.

I spend a lot of time at the American Fork, UT Joann's. They are friendly, helpful, and they carry most of my needs; quilting, beading, baking, crochet, and knitting... they're worth the stop.

I'm gonna start this review by being completely honest I have literally never been to Joann's here in Utah. However my mom loves going to Joanne's and in our Hometown she goes there a lot and I'm gonna assume that that is a good thing so I would recommend that if you like Joanne's that maybe you should come here too or something. I would also recommend reading the book of mormon. If you like fabric come here and buy some!

The employees are doing great here with limited staffing! While the line to check out is long, they are still so friendly, patient and helpful in finding what you need. The store has great sales and you can usually find a good coupon with their app too. They definitely focus on Fabric and sewing with a wide selection of patterns, colors and textures. They have a decent selection of other craft supplies, but it seems sewing is their main focus. I would go elsewhere if you are looking for something specific for other crafting hobbies.

The employees here are so extremely helpful here. By far my favorite Joann's I've ever been to. I was treated so so well. Eileen went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of when I had a problem. She was so sweet and did everything in her power to fix it (and she DID!) I will be returning often, even though it's not the closest Joann's to me.

I love JoAnn's for crafts. My recent trip netted me some clear plastic Christmas ornaments for $1. Less than I would have paid at Dollar tree, if they hadn't already been sold out. I own a multineedle embroidery machine and love when the sweatshirts are on sale, as I use them to decorate. It's a great place to go, I like it better than M's and HL.

I love the wide selection of the store and I can always find what I’m looking for! This time I was specifically looking for multi colored rhinestones. I got a ginormous bag of hundreds of rhinestones for an amazing price! The staff is really friendly and they are always trying to get you the best price! If you download the app or get the regular emails I swear they always have deals going on! I love that about the store because I love a good discount! I would recommend the store to anyone! Especially if you’re crafty, this is the place to be!

You can find fabrics and craft supplies here. Seriously though, they have a great selection of everything, fair prices, and knowledgeable staff. JoAnns is an excellent alternative to the other place.

I love Joann's. I Crochet and do various other crafts and Joann Fabric and Craft has a good selection of materials to do just about any fun project. Their employees are very friendly and always willing to help.

My wife and I are reupholstering a chair, so we went in to get several swatches of fabric to see what colors would work best in our home. We were lucky enough to get helped by Diane at the cutting counter. She was so kind to help us grab all the large rolls we needed and cut them all for us. Plus, she's just the nicest lady! Even though we were taking up a lot of her time, she made us feel like a million bucks! If you are ever having a bad day, just find some excuse to go in and see her :) Thanks, Diane!

I came here looking for a very specific fabric and although they were out, the lady was very helpful in giving me options to look in their remnant pile, or order it in from another store. I ended up getting a different fabric that I think I liked more, but everyone was kind and helpful. Great selection of fabrics!

Diane was so wonderful. She asked me right away as I passed her if I needed help and brought me directly to the items I needed. She was friendly, knowledgable, and kind. I always have a great experience at this location!

My experience was with the online ordering for pickup in store. I only shop at JOANN once in a blue moon. I'm a complete novice when it comes to fabric and things. It was really a great experience to order the fabric I needed for my project and have it be exactly what I needed, cut at the exact dimensions I needed it cut, and to be able to walk right in to the checkout area and pick it up. I spent a grand total of about 3 minutes in the store. Excellent, efficient, and exactly what I'd ordered.

I made a pair of thong panties from the great supplies and fabric at this location for my fiance... The staff was so knowledgeable I couldn't resist just making a pair.... they knew what I needed and exactly what she wanted... I recommend this store to any man willing to go in and do the most for his girlfriend on Valentine's day... boy did I get spanked so much that night! On the downside it smelled like any old retail store. China and plastic

My wife loves Joanne's. They didn't have what we were looking for today but they have an awful lot and it's like watching a kid in a candy store when my wife is there. And I watched the dollars roll right out of my wallet. :-)
