Einstein Bros. Bagels

The team that worked yesterday is SO AMAZING!!! I was in a super tight pinch thanks to another coffee company and needed coffee at the last minute for a super crucial corporate event! They helped me out quickly and were so kind to me!!! I’ll recommend this location to anyone who needs coffee for a corporate event, and I’ll spread the word to our entire building (with multiple offices) that this is the place to go! Everyone on shift yesterday deserves a huge bonus and raise for all their hard work!!! I can’t stop raving about them! Truly life savers. Thank you!!

This is the only Einstein’s we visit where they consistently make perfect orders. While every other shop continuously makes mistakes on our orders, this one never fails and manages to do so at a quick pace.

My daughter (10 yrs) has always loved coming here on our mother daughter dates. This particular visit was extra special because we received something extra.
The manager was kind and generous and gave us a chocolate chip coffee cake for free. He simply asked if we liked surprises and of course we said "yes".
My daughter was more than delighted with the delicious treat.
How kind of the manager to do something so simple to make our visit one to remember.

Bagels are very good. The staff is very friendly and fast. It's my favorite stop.

First time trying out Einstein bagels and was not disappointed. I will return in the future I recommend the Texas brisket with egg bagel sandwich.

This is My SPOT! I love ordering pickup from here, but they do get busy at random morning hours, but the staff has always been awesome and quick!

There is no seating as they removed it since Covid, so it’s more of a grab-n-go spot! They do they keep it very clean!

I’ve ordered hundred of times and have only had a handful of tiny order issues, but they always make up for it!

I would recommend getting the rewards app as it really does pay off!!

Dj took my order, he was fantastic. I come here all the time and love how open the employees seem to be alright showing who they are. It makes the atmosphere of the place better than any other Einstein I've been too.

Very busy but wait was fine and bagels great

We stopped in for a quick breakfast on our way through Salt Lake. As we got to the counter to pay, the manager apologized for the delay (there was none that we had noticed) and informed us that they had 2 employees not show up that morning. He was so grateful for our business and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our service and meal. As our food was being prepared we watched him talk with the other customers and employees. Despite the short staffing and his stressful morning, everything was running smoothly and the atmosphere on both sides of the counter was upbeat and pleasant. I will stop here again and recommend it to anyone passing through. So nice to see a business run the way it should be!

The food is top notch. Pricey, but it's about what I'd expect for a niche place like this. They don't have any tables or chairs for you to sit in (which is silly). Oh and don't bother getting two eggs. One egg is plenty and the extra egg costs more than it is worth.

Incredible! Amazing customer service! the gals this morning are such hard workers and I could tell they genuinely cared. We only tried the bagels this morning nothing from the espresso bar however, the bagels were to die for! I tried the cinnamon sugar bagel with regular cream cheese and my hubby got the signature fresh toast bagel. We could tell they were made with love! So delicious! Thank you guys so much it was incredible!!!!

When I walked in there was a customer in front of me who was ordering for all his friends and was taking a pretty long time. After he got finished with his order I was helped my this wonderful woman named Debi. She saw that I was waiting for a long time and helped even though I saw that she had other things to attend to. While the guy I was adding another sandwich to his order because he forgot one, I got my sandwich and was out the door as fast as I came in (minus the waiting) 10/10 would come again

Fast and friendly service!! The dinning area appears to be well maintained, bathrooms fresh and clean, employees had food up before paying for meal. Person taking the order and person taking payment are both inviting and all smiles. Coffee and Soda area clean and presentable. Will definitely recommend to a friend.

I love Einstein Bagels. But the Sandy location is the best one I think even though it does not have a drive-thru. the staff never let the line get long. And your order always comes exactly the same every time. I cannot say the same for the other locations. The place is clean the staff is always amazingly friendly and courteous. Great service. They forgot to put together a pre order that I was picking up and they recovered better than I have seen most restaurants. They immediately apologized, offered me a drink, and put their whole staff on getting my order together. The person who missed my order also came out and personally apologized to me and took accountability for the mistake. We will definitely keep using Einstein's for our company events.

We go here at least one a week. Their specialty breakfast sandwiches are amazing. Santa fe in particular is our favorite. With our order we typically get a free 24 iced coffee too, which is nice.
