PC Laptops

This was our first experience with PC Laptops and we LOVED it! They were so helpful with our selection of my laptop. The customer service experience was amazing and we love that we have all the support we need from them if I screw anything up, which I tend to do :-)

We have been with PC Laptops since 2015 with desktop and now a laptop. We have had their @home support from the beginning. The Murray store is where we had purchased the desktop and then moving we have purchased the laptop from the Sandy Store. The lifetime warranty is been incredible and the monthly tune-ups are a blessing. No matter who the tech is they do a class performance and the system is always clean and faster than it was before the tune-up. Great company. You will be well pleased and satisfied at any of their locations.

The sale of the laptop was pretty awesome. During the build of the computer, they caught an overheating issue and had to rebuild it. Most companies would have just sent me home with the computer and then let me handle it myself. However, a bit after I purchased the laptop, the battery stopped charging. I called and they asked me to bring it in and they would check it out. The charger was working properly, so they said they would order a new battery for me. Six months later, I am still waiting for the battery to arrive. Three phone calls, all where they stated that laptop batteries were difficult to come by and they were just 'waiting for the right price' so they could purchase one. I contacted the BBB and they are working with me to try to get a satisfactory resolution to this issue. I then got an email asking me to leave a review in exchange for a discount for some ice cream at a local shop. So here we are. This is the second laptop I have purchased from them, so I have no issues with the way they actually sell their merchandise. It's the after-sale support that appears to be missing.

Edit: Once this review got to the company, I was contacted by Matt at the Sandy store. They purchased a battery and asked me to come in and have them replace it. The battery is now charging fine and the issue has been resolved. My thanks to Matt for getting this taken care of.

Bronson was an amazing help! We were having issues with my daughter's computer and they took it in immediately. He said that he would need a little time to look it over and within an hour, Bronson called me back and said her computer was ready. We really appreciate all the friendly and expedient service that we got from Bronson and PC Laptops!!!

Had been to pclaptop recently at Sandy, utah. My charger broke in the port and could not remove it myself. I went here and met Jacob. While initially he mentioned it may be risky and could break, and charge $80 for doing it. I told him it looks simlle with twiser it could be taken off instead of opening the laptop etc., he obliged and did it nicely in 5 mins. Thanks Jacob for the nice work. He did not charge me anything. He is very clear, highlights the risk and very friendly customer service. 5* for his excellent service

My notepad was having trouble powering up. I went to 2 other computer repair stores and no-one could help me. I went to the sandy PC Laptops location and talked with Matt. Even though Matt told me there wasn't much they could do if it won't power up. He still went the extra mile and tested it out. He was able to get me back up and running with a little tweak. That is the kind of customer service that will bring me back. Thanks Matt, much appreciated!

My computer was on the outs, and I went to these guys to have it fixed. Matt (the manager) went so far above and beyond my expectations it honestly makes my head spin. If you have any problem at all this guy’s your guy, guarantee it👌🏻

We are so satisfied with the Sandy location. We bought a laptop and desktop from them and have been dealing with them for several years and have never had an issue. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgable. Thank you for being such a reliable place for all of our computer issues.

Of course my laptop was not charging when i had a deadline for producing some documents. I worried this would be a laptop battery or charging port which I knew meant sending my laptop out for repair .I do not have another PC to work on and was in a panic about how I would accomplish my work if the PC needed to be be sent for repair. I called Jacob at the Sandy store and he told me to bring my laptop and charger as soon as i could. Thankfully and to my surprise it was a faulty charger and not the actual laptop. Jacob was so prompt with his diagnostic assessment of the problem and immediately sent me on my way with a new charger. He was kind and competent and i will definitely return to the store if i experience any future issues. Truly a pleasure working with Jacob.

My grandpa bought his computer here back around 2012. This year, 2023, it just stopped turning on. I brought it in to the sandy location under warranty. Three days later I picked it up. Not only did I not have to pay for the fix, but it’s running better than ever. Nermin did a great job fixing it. He also dusted, and cleaned it up beautifully. Plus the pop up ads, that were so annoying every time it was turned on, are gone. Thank you Nermin for returning the computer better than it was dropped off.

Over the past years while living here in Sandy, we have purchased several various computers from PCLaptops and have always been happy with their attitudes, service, and knowledge. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great quality product with fabulous service and care.

The guys here are seriously good at what they do, they were able to figure out what was wrong with my laptop right away. Got me fixed up and on my way fast. This is the only one I'll use.

I went in and purchased a new laptop Josh with Nermin were amazing with the service. Excellent customer service and truly recommend.

This is one of the best electronics stores in my opinion because the employees here are very nice and they are always ready to see what you need help on fast, also I went there to fix a problem that my pc had and they knew what the problem was real fast, and they also helped me build my pc and i was surprised on how fast they did it and my pc work so well. I highly recommend this place if you got any issues with your pc or your laptop. One of the BEST technology stores!:)

I've spent $8k on computers here. Only go to this location specifically. I had some complications at another site and this one went wayyyy above and beyond to fix the issues at hand. Jeshua is an absolute beast.

I have had great experiences with PC Laptops at the Sandy location. Had some small issues with my son's PC that was not purchased from PC Laptops. On two different occasions, Meho and Matthew were very helpful and did a quick diagnostic of the issue and we were on our way. Quick and friendly service. I will definitely be back.

I needed my husband to update the family computer with a CD/DVD drive and he was missing some crucial cables. He ran into PC Laptops and was helped by Josh who found the cables in seconds. It was probably one of the fastest visits to a tech store he's ever had. Thank you for your friendly and fast service!

Meho is the man he was patient answered all my questions. I've Brought my pc in a few times now working out some bugs and he has always made sure I left a happy customer not to mention that this thing is starting to look pretty sick!
