Sierra Durand again. I'm writing this review because of Matt at the front desk and that they removed all the charges for the feather bed after the incident occurred. I just wanted to say thank you. I also wanted to mention Matt for his excellent services. He was humble, friendly, and apologetic and it was nice to deal with him after everything that happened. He carried the feather bed for me to the car. Matt is the kind of employee that needs to be the face that represents the company, and other employees need to follow Matt's example. I also want to mention that Tonya on the phone was also apologetic about the situation as well, and I'd like to thank her for that. God bless you all and Merry Christmas!

Very good experience. Had numerous dress shirts with compound stains. Also needed a launder, press and starch on khakis and other items. Was ready for pickup the following day. Very happy with the results. Great service from Fletcher at drop off and Michael at pickup. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

They do a great job on my button down work shirts and they are pretty good at having them done the next day
