JE Customs always does good work but this one’s impressive. F-450 smacked an elk at 60mph a few months back & JE has it looking brand new again. Friendly staff, good turn around times & great communication throughout the repair process. Big job or small, they will take care of you.

I had a dent repaired on my hood of my Ford flex. Turned out amazing. No complaints. The people there are really great to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs exterior repairs! And you wouldn’t have even known that the dent was there.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience, very good with communication. My vehicle was finished in a timely fashion, and looks amazing! Like new! They even vacuumed the inside which my kids have left a mess everywhere. 10/10 recommended to anyone looking to get you taken care of, they even worked well with my insurance. I will come back should I have a need.

While there are many reasons to need a body shop, most of which are negative, the experience of finding and choosing the right one shouldn’t be! JE Customs is top shelf when it comes to unfortunate situations! My estimate was completed the same day, my appointment booked within the month and my car was repaired, painted AND all shined up in only 5 days! Now my car looks better than before it was wrecked, and although I hope I don’t have to go back for a similar reason, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thanks everyone @ JE Customs! 🤗

Took my truck there after a small accident left some nasty scratches and dents. Worked with John, and was able to get in same day for an estimate and even schedule the day for the repairs. He was very upfront about costs and length I would be without my truck. Come the day I got my truck back, it looked as good as new. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use them for all my vehicles.

I brought my pickup in to get it debadged, a leveling kit and my topper painted. John and his staff did a grade A job with all the hands on work. Not only did they a do a phenomenal job on all the hands on work, I tried to pay over the phone due to me working nights. My card was unfortunately charged multiple times while trying to pay over the phone resulting in around 6K charge to my credit card. Before I even noticed the issue, John and his staff had resolved the problem and let me know. This was great to not get a 6K surprise on my credit card statement. Needless to say, these guys deserve 5 stars all day everyday. Not only is their work top notch and cheaper than any place in Dickinson, their customer service is some of the best I've ever seen.

All the employees are extremely helpful and kind. I really appreciate their effort in keeping me updated and they did a great job on fixing the damage.

The attention to detail John has is amazing. He fights what is right for the customer and has no problem dealing with pesky insurance companies when they want to save money and not cover something. John has the customers best interest in mind at all times. This community is lucky to have this business in town.
