I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I originally went through the car wash and noticed there was staining on my white paint (from lack of washing probably- woops). I talked to Sabastian who then put me through the wash a second time, free of charge. The staining seemed to become more visible the cleaner the van got. Although his customer service was great, I asked him to have his manager call me and I left a card. To my delighted surprise, AC, the manager, called me back the next day! He talked to me about what he thought was going on and set an appointment for me to come in and speak to the owner. When I came in, Adam and Jeremy were amazing! Adam spent almost 3 hours talking to me and buffing the staining out of my van. He also gave me recommendations of how to prevent this for happening in the future. I can't express how impressed I am with their professionalism and customer service. No business is perfect, but I love that they went above and beyond in order to help me out and solve all related problems. Adam has formed an amazing team and offer great service.

I always wash and clean my car myself, but didn’t have time this week so ran to Splash Car Wash. I was really impressed how well the car wash cleaned the outside of my car. The guy working was super nice and helpful. Didn’t think to get his name but I went July 15 at 9:45. I will definitely be back!

I have used surfs up forever, was at the mall and decided to give it a try, bought the $9 wash. I have no idea what they use but it really gave the car a deep shine. Even the wheel wash was better. Only complaint is, drive in that parking lot needs fixed. **A normal car will scrap bad unless you know how to straddle the ruts. I'm pretty impressed with the results though, just giving a heads up for those that have never been.

I absolutely love this car wash! My car is just under 1 year old, and it has been my goal to keep it looking brand new for as long as possible. These guys do excellent work! I frequently get compliments about how great my car looks...especially my tires! The package prices are very affordable, and I can get my car washed every day! Thanks, Adam! It’s a good wash for the price and the vacuums are free.

Pro tip: The vacuums all run off the same system so if you pick a time when it’s not busy and make sure all the unused vacuums are hung back up it has extremely good suction. I literally got gum out of my carpeted floor mat with it!

This is the very best car wash I have ever used. Tristan Lowe is very professional and the nicest person. He is always super nice to us . He scrubs all the wheels and front and back of our car which mean a lot!! He helps you anyway he can. Go Tristan!

Enrolled in the monthly unlimited car wash and it was $5.00 off the cost as their current promotion. The general manager was helpful and welcoming. This is our family's choice car wash, and my daughter loves the "disco" lights
during the wash.

Let me just begin by saying that Isiah and Antwaan make this place into more than just a business. These guys make you feel like family. After losing my only son two years ago, I decided it was time to sell his truck. It had been sitting under a tree for two years and was filthy. Reluctant to even look at it due to being so upsetting, I drove it up there expecting a simple wash as a starting point. I was quickly greeted by Isiah and before I could say a word they offered to srcub every inch of the truck, wash it, then power wash it, the wash it again.
YES- you read that correctly. They went FAR above what anyone could even dream of. Not only were they super friendly and professional, whey were honestly taking care of me as if I was family. Trust Me when I say this is the best place in town ! Once the truck is sold, I plan on going back and repay these two guys for all they did to help me out.

For me, the hours and location are convenient, and my monthly membership means I can wash my car every single day for a month, for 1 low price. Complimentary vacuums, microfiber cloths, and window cleaner make it easy to put the final touches on the interior as well. Love this car wash. It’s conveniently located near Walmart and on my way to Publix, the Highway, etc. They offer free vacuuming, free glass cleaner and towels, and they scrub and debug your car by hand before you enter the wash bay. Tristan is the best as well. He is courteous, professional, friendly, and always goes the extra mile to help. Give that guy a raise…he makes you want to come back.

Great car wash! It gets your car very clean and the person working there spends a lot of time scrubbing by hand before you even enter the wash.

This is a top notch car wash. My car seems to stay clean longer than when I wash at home. Very friendly staff. The vacuums have strong suction (great for getting dog hair out of random places!). Highly recommend.

Great car wash!! By far best in Bradley county and does a lot better job than any other and it takes you through a lot slower and gets more soap off and dries it better!! Very worth the price and super awesome and friendly staff.Will be my new car wash place from now on!

I had the most pleasant experience today with Mark Hullender, owner of the recently upgraded Splash Car Wash. After an express wash ($7.00) I drove home. When I got out of the car, I saw a few areas on the hood and trunk lid that had not been thoroughly cleaned (Splash does not use the big, rotating brush that descends onto your car and then rides the contours, but the manic strips that swish back and forth). I hate to be picky, but I wasn't satisfied with this. The roof and sides were pristine, but the hood and trunk lid weren't up to par. So, I drove back to the car wash. When Mark came out, I showed him my areas of concern, and he immediately agreed with me and directed me to come back in for a second wash. But before he started the second wash cycle, he used a big, soapy brush to manually gave the hood and trunk lid a good scrubbing. And then, to my surprise, he gave me an upgraded wash with more soap. Needless to say, problem solved!

Without hesitation, I therefore give Mark Hullender and his Splash Car Wash a solid 5 stars for the following reasons: 1) Mark was quick to agree with me that some spots had been missed and didn't hesitate to fix the problem; 2) I was impressed by Mark's sincerity and desire to make me happy. He said, "I want happy customers and I will do whatever it takes to achieve that", and he meant it!; 3) Splash Car Wash has recently been upgraded and has all new equipment - everything looks clean and new.

Therefore, without reservation, I can endorse and recommend Mark and his business to you. I will not hesitate to get my next car wash there.

A late night trip to the best local car wash! I was greeted by Sebastian, who did not hesitate to take care of my car and hand dry it! Top level customer service, and i will definitely be coming back multiple times a week!

Thought the car wash scratched our car. Come to find out the dealership we bought from painted over the scratches and the car wash just exposed it smh. (Only had the car for 1 1/2 months so didn't really notice) Husband was upset at first but Manny got us straight a real cool guy and very respectful!!!

I decided to try out this new car wash after watching all the construction on the building over the last few months and I am so happy I did ! My car looks AMAZING!! I will definitely be going back, and I’m even considering getting one of the monthly passes they offer.

This car wash did a fantastic job at cleaning my truck. The attendant, Mark, is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure the wash has met my expectations. Definitely the best wash around.
