They were really nice. I forgot to order my matcha with oatmilk until after I got it. But they remade it for me and the girl was so kind about it.

I have always had good interactions with the employees here. I used the online ordering app for my birthday drink back in July. I work right around the corner and the timing was just right. I was going to pick up my order and get to work with just a couple minutes to spare. But then, my drink wasn’t there and I was told that the online ordering was down and that my drink had actually been sent to the location a mile away! I told the young man helping me that there’s no way I could there and back in time for work and that it was my birthday drink and he just sent my drink back to be made at no further charge and wished me a happy birthday! While I feel that this was the right thing to do, he was just so pleasant about it and I wish I remembered his name so I could give him a shout out and a thank you! Birthday = saved.

I have never had issues there! I know how important these reviews are, and I want to say that they are doing a wonderful job. The staff is lovely, and my drinks are always the way I like them! Keep doing what you're doing guys. Don't let the bad comments get you down. Most people only comment when their mad.

My only suggestion is opening at 5. I'm sure you'll get a lot more customers in who work super early like me. See you soon!

Just had an experience ordering my Starbucks through uber eats. I am a religious Starbucks consumer, and I use Uber eats quite often as of recently. And I encountered an order that didn't seem quite right to me,so I contacted the store directly and the young lady who helped me her name was Kelsey!!!! She was more than willing to help and I really appreciate her taking the time out to make sure that my standards were met. Going forward I will continue to order through this location just because of her outstanding service so thanks again Kelsey. Good customer service is so hard to come by these days and you really helped me see that they're still genuine people out there in the customer service field.

Had a mobile order mishap that went to the wrong store, and the barista was so helpful and got it fixed for me! It was a much appreciated kindness. The other girls made us some great drinks and it all came out so fast! Thank you!

Wonderful customer service. I made a mistake with my order and was happy to pay for a new one but they remade for free. That was so impressive. They also mixed the drinks perfectly. I will be stopping by that Starbucks again!

Moved back to this side of town, randomly decided to order a new drink (first time in 10 years) and I couldn’t be happier with my coffee and my service! Everyone was so friendly, and greeted me like I was a regular, definitely makes me want to swing thru this Bucks’ to start my day! 💙

I like Starbucks I should have given them a 3 🌟 star because I want my cool lime refresher but I'll give them 5 🌟 star because me and my wife are there every day. But that been said if they don't get that Cool lime refresher back right away on the menu so I can buy l'm going to pull Starbucks by the EAR and say I WOULD LIKE A COOL LIME REFRESHER DO UNDERSTAND THE WORDS THAT COMING OUT OF MY MOUTH......HA HA HA LOL!!!

A model Starbucks from my experiences! My drinks have never been burnt, service is kind, and they just know how to make speciality coffees!

Today I dropped of my brother and work and decided to get some starbucks since I have a gift card and they have a drive-thru (I'm definitely in my bathrobe). Well I ordered my drink and when I was getting ready to pay, I relaized I didn't have my wallet. I go to the window letting her know that I didn't have my wallet but I did have checks (guess they don't take checks) and she just gave it to me. She was so sweet and understanding! I wish I had gotten her name. Any ways, a very lovely interaction despite my mistake. Thank you Starbucks and especially the lady at the window!

Even though there was a long line they kept it moving the workers were pretty fast and they also gave my dog a pup cup

I absolutely love the workers here especially Nick he always makes my drink right and he remembered me which made it feel way more welcoming definitely made me kick Caribou to the curb

This Starbucks is always busy yet you never feel like you are waiting in line that long. I'm always happy with the service provided and the delicious beverages served!

Enjoy seeing familiar staff regularly. Love the coconut milk and soy milk options. Free refill on cheap tea with gold membership through app.
