As we made my way through the last few cities of North Dakota we lucked up on Turtle Park. This park came with a pond and a pier. We started with the pond which had a couple of trees fallen along the path that surrounded it. But we made it around only to get lost on the way. We ended up on a golf course that shared the pond. After all that excitement with my furry friends, we rested until it was time to hit the road, yet again.

Set back away from the rest of town it offers a nice breeze for staying cool, is well maintained and has alot of fun stuff for the kids to play on. It's also close to the dike, so Mom can sit at the park with the kiddos and Dad can fish.

Perfect park for a family picnic. Many trees and a park area. Close to the Dickinson Dike which is perfect fishing for little kids.

Very quiet not alot of ppl this time of year (spring) the dike is open for fishing easy to get too

Good little park for my kids. The equipment is better for kids ages 5-10. My 2 yr old doesn’t have much to do but he really loves all the space to run! Nice shelters and benches for sitting. There is volleyball nets and horseshoes if your into that sort of thing.
