My elderly friend's husband misplaced the charger for his hearing aids. He was frustrated and upset. They both have multiple health issues. I found Sounds Good on Google. I called, left a message with the helpful assistant and Mike returned my call promptly. He thought he might have a compatible charger so my friend took the hearing aids in. She was DELIGHTED that Mike had a charger that was compatible. Her husband was able to hear again a week sooner than an online order would have required! I purchased my aids through a different place and everytime I need a repair it is sent in, leaving me without an aide for over a week and also very costly. Mike had me in and out in 30 minutes at a VERY affordable price! He even checked and cleaned my other side and both there settings in that time. I arrived early and he took me right in. We had a nice conversation covering how my aids were working. He then cleaned my aids and ran some tests on it. Then ran some hearing tests with me wearing them. He made some adjustments and gave me some added parts for keeping them clean. This all took about 20 minutes and I was done. Mike is doing a great job in taking care of my hearing!

I have been a long time hearing aid wearer, now on my 5th pair. I have been to a few different places in the past. One of the great things about Sounds Good Hearing is the variety! There are a lot of places out there that only carry 3 or 4 of the major hearing aid brands. Sounds Good Hearing has countless options to chose from. I was able to get the most up to date device at a reasonable price. Mike also gave me suggestions of two other major brands that I could trial. I had done my research and had a good idea of what brand and model that I wanted to get. He ordered them for me that day, and to my surprise he texted me a day earlier that they have arrived early. There was very little wait time from my initial visit and fitting. I have experienced a week wait at other places. Mike had me hearing again in just a few short days just before my birthday weekend! He is very easy to talk to, if you have a question or a problem with your fitting he takes the time to answer. If he doesn't he calls the company to find the answer. Michael gave me an in depth hearing test and review about my hearing problems last week and now just waiting on the hearing aids to come in for a fitting and programming. All in all a positive exper

This is a follow up to my last review. I received my hearing aids yesterday and so far I’m having a good experience getting used to them as this is my first time using hearing aids. Michael was very thorough in making sure I could install them correctly and understand all of the features of these aids. He also was able to program them so they were just right for my hearing needs at this time. He is a caring professional and I am very happy with my choice.

Needed hearing aid and Michael got me help for just under $1,000 and with no insurance to help. Michael has met with me 5 times in last 3 months to make sure everything is working very well. Has helped me with lot of question. Showed me how to turn up and down the volume. I can finally hear birds sing and folks talking talking to me. As a locally owned, independent private practice, he can obtain a multitude of brands, and can clean, repair and adjust almost anything. He is not locked in to just one brand, he will find the best solution for your needs. He has tested, adjusted, and cleaned our hearing aid many times, and is always quick, accurate, and very reasonably priced.

Very appreciative of Michael's help with my mother over the last 2 to 3 years with not only an old hearing aid but with working with her on new hearing aids. My mother was in assisted living and now memory care. Michael visited my mother's facility and took care of exams, fittings, and different issues that arose with an elderly person that no longer fully comprehends caring for hearing aids. My Mom lost one of two old hearing aids after moving from another state. Mike understood her problem, got a replacement that matched the original one and adjusted them for a reasonable cost. The battery in the original old aid died and he has found a replacement for that, too. He is courteous, understanding and practical for us.

These reviews are accurate. I needed my dad’s hearing aids repaired so he could hear while he was in the hospital. Mike got them both going with no wait. This will be our go-to place for hearing aid help.
