Total Nutrition is the go to place for all of my supplement needs. They have what I need for my fitness goals, and always share details about the products I purchase which makes me confident I’m not using a product with no quality. Make sure to ask for Ivan, he has the knowledge and experience relating to fitness similar to my goals which really makes me feel confident in buying.

Moved to Greenville a year ago, started hitting the gym hard again and was in need of some guidance and advice with how I should go about my working out schedule along with supplements such as protein powders, preworkout powders, repair and recovery, etc. that would help me with achieving my goals. The guys at Total Nutrition were extremely helpful with me, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They not only informed me on the best powders and such for myself but also went as far as discussing and helping me get together a weekly workout plan to really get me to my goal. Hands down, best Nutrition store in Greenville and I HIGHLY suggest to go here for any of your fitness needs for a very one on one, professional advice and help. This place is great for all your nutrition and fitness journey needs. I went to Total Nutrition for the first time this summer and the guys working we’re so polite and professional. They made me comfortable and it felt as if I was talking to a friend. These guys are great! I’m prepping for a competition and they have given the best products and guidance to help me reach my goals. Plus, they do a great job of listening to your goals and pass no judgement on where you are starting from. The proof is in the numbers: I’m down almost 10% body fat so far and have not lost any lean muscle.

I'm pretty skeptical with nutrition stores but this one was an exception! I was assisted by a gentleman named Dillon, he was very polite and patient with me. He was very knowledgeable about the products they sold and I will definitely be coming back! 10/10 great customer service and cheap prices!!

I’m barely a year deep into being dedicated and serious about my body, how I train it, and what goes into it; and the guys over at 5 Star have been a major help in that journey so far. Every time I go in to grab a pick-me-up Bang or restock on protein, I always end up leaving with some new knowledge on how the muscles work or how a certain supplement specifically affects the body. Plus, the prices are amazing and the sales seem to be frequent. My guy’s at Total Nutrition Greenville always making sure i’m good all my supps and energy drinks as well letting me kno when the latest flavors or new brands come in stock. apparel is some of best for everyday wear including during gym time. my other home besides the gym and my bed lol.
