This gentleman James was amazing, went above and beyond to help me and took the time to help and check to make sure everything was good. So we appreciate all your help! What a nice kid, and was very ambitious! Had a huge smile on his face the whole time, you can tell that he enjoyed his job, or at least the people and area that he worked at

It's Lowes, they are generally the same store accross the board. Courteous attendants that typically don't know much about home improvement or construction but it's nice that they'll help you look for something. Lowe's needs to do more product training but it's probably not worth it to them in terms of paying them to learn and then they get other jobs because they needed to make more money.

Never had a bad experience here. Employees have always been nice.

Needed a 22" wall mount bracket for an outdoor antenna. To cut the cord. Seems the only place to get these is online. I tried 5 different places

Kimball Lowes Can Be hit or miss on Staff. Some will help you and Most ignore you, the ones who ignore you act like your not even there. As a former Employee this is NOT how the Store use to Opperate as A Whole Company!

Nice place to shop.. The associate in the lighting area is a super great person even gave us the last outdoor light on clearance!!!

Always a great place to look for landscaping, appliances, remodeling products and lots of other items.

What at first appeared to be an unfortunate purchase (product - cabinet - was missing shelves), though when I returned to the store expecting to find some fine print of "sold separately" or similar - to my pleasant surprise I found that the components were indeed missing but supposed to be included with the purchase. A sales associate Andy Brown responded to assist me in a very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner. Not only did he determine that my product was missing parts, he was able to locate the components that should have accompanied my purchase. I was more than grateful to have the quality of product I thought I had purchased, but was impressed with the expediency and determination displayed and left with the feeling that this is how it is supposed to be but seldom appears in reality. Thank you Andy and thank you Joe Robertson store manager for promoting such an atmosphere in this location that I find to be unmatched.

Like so many of us in these past few years, we’ve been doing a lot of home improvements on our own. We’ve spent countless hours roaming the aisles at our local Kimball Lowes. This is a well stocked and staffed store.

When purchasing lawn equipment a staff member took the time to review each product. When we purchased a grill the staff reviewed some of the challenges in assembly and it saved us time. When we were struggling with a popcorn ceiling, a staff member gave us great tips.

But the real display of support is when you run into a struggle out of your hands. That’s what happened recently when we purchased a washing machine. Suffice it to say, there was a big miscommunication about delivery and when I brought this problem to store manager Joe’s attention, he listened.

That in itself had to be a burden as I was more than a little irate.

Joe took the kind of action that you hope for, it was like a movie and he was the hero. He addressed the delivery issue, he informed me who to speak with the day of, he made sure that staff members who needed additional training received it, and he assured me that the delivery company would be be held responsible.

He shook my hand and thanked me for being a valued customer and asked me to come back.

We will be back, when it’s easy it’s easy, when it’s hard and you make it easy - that’s special.

The Lowe's in Kimball is a great store. Clean, well stocked, helpful staff, and the best garden center around.

Went in to Kimball store today to buy a Dewalt wood planers. The app showed they were our, but I checked the rack just in case and talked to the guy in tools. Nope, out. So I went to Customer Service desk to order it. As I talked to the young lady, another Lowes employee had stepped up and overheard our conversation. Unbeknownst to me he checked on his phone and spoke up asking me to wait on ordering because his showed there were 2 in stock. He asked me to wait and he would check. Just a few minutes later he came back with one On His Shoulder.
The Employee name is Phillip and he normally works in appliance.
Phillip went Above and Beyond to treat a customer the right way.
Phillip is one reason I now use Kimball Liwes.

We visit this Lowe's often and there is a young lady in the Gardening department named Halie. I have seen her unloading trailers, running a forklift, carrying large bags of mulch, fertilizer, soil, and watering and arranging the plants. She works her butt off. She has helped me,not only in the gardening department, but also once when we needed lumber and even helped load the trailer! The store is ok, but it's employees like her that make it 5 star.
