Not bad not great but don't be late. I wasn't so I will give it a good rating. Overview when you come in to load you will be greeted by security and given instructions to get to drop yard to check in. From that point you will drive following the signs speed limits up the hill to another check in shack by the drop yard. At that point you will check in and they will instruct you to pull forward and back up to the dumpster even if you've been cleaned out you can slide your tandems there or you can slide them when you get in the dock. If your load is ready they will assign you a dock at which point you'll open your have your doors open and your tandems back and proceed to back into your dock. The light will be originally green when they begin loading you it will turn red and when it turns green again you will proceed to the check yet another office to get your bills. To get to the docs you will be crossing a railroad track and you will be between three railroad tracks total so you may get delayed waiting for a train to back in. However if your load is ready and you arrived on time and not late you shouldn't have too much of a problem here getting loaded as they load rather fast given the situation. The loads are how do you like all paper it ships at a minimum amount of weight of probably 40,000 pounds. Enjoy your trip I hope this helps they are very picky about the trailers make sure they have no leaks that they are clean swept that the tandem slide and that they are pretty much food grade as the paper is a foodgrade quality.o

From security to the guy who checked the trailer to the loaders to the guy who gave me my BOL on 7/15/23 they were all great! All friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Immediately got a dock and was immediately loaded. Took maybe 45 minutes max from when I backed into the door to when I got my bill. I haven't been disappointed in a West Rock yet and this was my 5th!

Really nice place to come work as a contractor. Not bad, went through main gate to get through the contractor parking because of COVID.

Pretty chill. Keep left, go uphill a bit, check in, clean trailer, get a door, dock, get papers when loaded, seal up, then exit while getting papers checked. No need to keep doors open or anything

Easy check in, swept trailer, found a spot & picked up my load. I’m not sure how smooth live loads are but drop & hook was a piece of cake.

I got there checked in got a door right way for pickup, big rolls of paper. Was done in quick fashion. From the time I arrived and left a total of 1hr 10 minutes.

1 hr in and out live loading.

Great service showed up at 130am out by 230am.

My experience was great and super quick. 20 mins from arrival to departure with 7 rolls of paper. Keep up the great work guys, much appreciated!

I was there today for maybe only 1 hour tops. Guess it just depends on how much they have scheduled to load out and how many show up at the same time.

Appt time between 0100-0600. Got in around 0200 and out in about an hour. Everyone there was pleasant to talk to and communicate well. When dealing with new people it's alot about the energy you out off that gets a good or bad response
