Very friendly, great service. Went in to get windshield wipers and instead of just showing and selling me the most expensive, he showed me from expensive to my price range. How many businesses do that. Highly recommend this place 100% for customer service and friendliness and true business ethics.

Mr Earl is absolutely fantastic! Every time I go there and need some sort of help, this is my go-to man! I have had to go here twice this last week for 2 different vehicles. The first night I went the young man that help me was so nice and helpful even though it was close to closing and they wanted to go home, he didn’t let the customer service waiver at all! Any questions we had he was very willing to answer it. Then we had to and get the battery checked on my car. He took my battery, tested it and told us it was a dead cell but we were good because the battery was still under warranty and he replaced it for us quickly. I’ve tried some of the other parts stores in the area and I’m just going to stick with O’Rileys as their staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Keep up the good work y’all!

Love the military discount. They even ask you if you're military every time, which is rare these days.

Brittany is so helpful, kind, efficient and patient. She went out of her way to find the parts I was looking for. I've never been treated with such respect and outstanding Customer Service from an auto parts store before. Usually I receive condescending service from places like Advanced Auto and Auto Zone if one doesn't have twig and berries. Society has evolved, fellas! Some of us women know how to fix cars! Thank you again, Brittany and because of you I will forever be an O'Reilly's customer!!

This is my go-to parts store. They know what they're doing in there. My other half is a local shade tree mechanic (since he's been retired 15 yrs) and I deal with this store just about every weekend (I do not yet have the luxury of being retired). ALWAYS friendly and Always offer assistance. We buy and return A LOT of parts and the return process here is seamless. The information they hold for you on your vehicle(s) is AMAZING 😍. Just feels like home when you can stroll on up to the counter, lean in and say, "Howdy there Mr. Nathan, Gimme the usual, my friend".

I was soooo happy to go in and get the absolute best customer service. Brittney was amazing. Helped me and didn't make me feel bad for the questions I asked. She helped me out quickly and politely 😊😊😊

I absolutely love going to this O’Reillys location. Brittany and Chico are always greeting with smiles on their faces. They are always willing to go above and beyond. Chico always has quarters for my daughter so she can get candy from the 25 cent machine. I’d give them a ten star if I could.

O'Reilly's is always a great place to go for parts. The staff is awesome and usually recognizes you when you are a repeat customer. Earl is awesome, always willing to help customers. Had an issue with a part swap. Part was incorrect and they solved the issue very quickly. Highly recommend going here above all other parts stores for both price and staff

First, they offer a 10% military discount..I love that. The store is always neat and well stocked. If they don't have the part needed while you are there, they can usually get it in a day or two. The staff have always been polite and knowledgeable. This is a highly recommended auto parts store.

Awesome. They have all you need for any vehicle or can get it. Steve is the best. He always helps me with anything. Ask for him, he will help you also.

Knowledgeable workers. Prices are competitive. Next day delivery of most parts if not on hand. Free battery check and free engine light check. No bad attitudes from my experience.

Walked in 30 minutes till closing and a response was “we’re about to close” in 30 minutes??? A good review seems to get seen. Not to mention they told me my battery was loose and my car wouldnt shut off.. well it did no more than 2 days later.

They are very clean. They are extremely helpful, they always have exactly what my husband and I need. There prices can't be beat. The best place to go for all your parts
