Leaving a review because I was not reached out to regarding a survey. Just want to say my experience with Devin yesterday was amazing! I have been having issues for some weeks now where I have been in contact with t-mobile multiple times regarding an accidental mess up from within the company regarding my account (the mess up was not local). Devin and his coworker took the time to make sure all my issues were actually fixed this time around. I am very happy with the amount of help they provided me and I will continue to recommend t-mobile to people because of kind, caring, hard working and compassionate workers like Devin!

I have visited this store a few times. Each time I am welcomed and well taken care of by the friendly polite staff. On a recent visit store manager Jenner went Above and Beyond to make certain that I was "all set up" before I left. T-Mobile will have me as a long term fanboy with this kind of service and attention to my satisfaction. THANK-YOU Team T-Mobile

Stopped in on my lunch today to upgrade my phone…. Was helped by Alec and he did a great job. Was very professional made the experience painless. Appreciate the good service and new iPhone 😎

I was having issues with my iPhone because of a system update. I am not very tech-Savvy and needed help because I tried everything I could on my own and nothing worked. Anyways I thought that maybe if I went into a T-Mobile, they would be able to help me since they are my service providers. I told the gentleman (Michael) about my issue and he helped me right away. I realized that they had no obligation to help me at all and they could have just dismissed me with some instructions or a simple "I'm sorry ma'am, there is nothing we can do" but he took the time to make sure I had a working phone by the time I walked out of there. great customer service and great help from this young man. Thank you T-Mobile! :)

The staff here are friendly and exceptionally efficient! I went in to buy a new phone and add a line and was surprised how the staff worked together to streamline the entire process. While one person helped verify my account, another gentleman started setting up the phone, while yet another gentleman unpackaged and assembled the OtterBox case and applied the screen protector. Meanwhile, another fellow was helping to resolve some technical issues with my voicemail. That is DEFINITELY efficiency!

This is the 2nd time that I've added a line at this store, and both times have been pleasant experiences!

I bought an Apple Watch from the t mobile by me and just didn’t use it. I sold it and the customer service rep Kevin spent so much time helping us transfer it he was awesome. Thank you
