While waiting to pick up lunch elsewhere, we decided to check out this bakery. I am so glad we did! A few bites of donut held us over until lunch was ready, and they were the perfect snack after a day in the mountains. We got Boston cream, Italian wedding cookie, and chocolate donuts—all great flavors! We will definitely stop here again, or pick up her donuts at The Met.

Absolutely must try – the owner was super sweet and caring, and don’t even get me started on her donuts. We got blueberry maple and apple fritter, but honestly you can’t go wrong with any of the choices. It’s a bit hard to find - just keep a sharp eye for the signs! At first we thought it was closed but nope, it was simply tucked away (drive all the way to the back). Such a great find.

I went to chefs bistro to pick up A few flatbreads. It was the BEST gluten free flatbread I have ever had!! I went back to get more. I was told they get them from this bakery. Someone mentioned they may be discontinued soon. I pray that’s not true!! I live 3 hours away but I would come back up here just to get A few dozen of those!

I have ordered from Peace of Mind Baking Co more than once, both for myself and to surprise others who appreciate gluten free and vegan baked goods. Customer service is amazing, shipping is super fast, and they have a great variety if items to choose from.

We've yet to experience the window, we will for sure soon.
However, Peace of Mind has made our trips to North Conway an absolute dream.

From getting Pizza at The Flatbread Co. to a donut from The Met, thank you so much for sprinkling your goodness throughout the main strip, you are one of the biggest reasons we return to North Conway.

These products are always fresh and delicious with super fast shipping. I am so happy to have found this wonderful bakery for myself and my family of celiac and food allergy members. Whether they’re shipped or we buy them in North Conway, they are the best! If you haven’t tried them yet, you have to!

Not sure how we stumbled across this bakery but the donuts were AMAZING! We tried the chocolate glazed, the cinnamon sugar and the s'mores. They were dense, like many gluten free donuts but were not heavy in my stomach at all! The owner was super sweet and so knowledgeable, plus her company is born out of love for her kids, so that's just a perk!

Delicious donuts that are safe for our Celiac family members, and so delicious that our non Celiac family members love them too! We are in love with this place. They also provide the very best pizza crust to Flatbread Pizza and other local pizzarias (we love Boston Brothers Pizzaria).

This company and their products are amazing! Delicious high quality allergen friendly food at great prices. The customer service is extremely supportive and shipping is speedy and seamless. Highly recommend!

Amazing allergy friendly products!!! It is such a treat to get these in the mail. I request them from my family for all holidays, birthdays, etc. They are extremely responsive and always answer questions promptly.
