The Spice & Tea Exchange has an enormous selection of high-quality spices. Take a few moments, and you will quickly want to buy new spices that you will be excited to try. I personally love the guacamole seasoning!! This location is conveniently located right by the Market - downtown Charleston.

This is my new favorite place to shop. They have so many different species. I am on a mission to try all the herbal and green teas. The staff is also amazing

We loved this shop! The employees there were so kind and passionate about what they were selling. We went in looking for a “Charleston” spice and they let us try blends of so many different spices. They seemed like wonderful people who knew what they were talking about.

Nice shop! My sister makes sure I get her some dips whenever I visit to bring her back home! She absolutely loves them. Very clean and tons of varieties for everyone, from tea to dips! Below is her favor dip I have to fly home with me whenever I go visit!

If you're looking to add some spice to your life, get away from the Market and visit this spicey little shop. They offer all the normal items plus they have spices for everything from lemonade to Chili.
If you're looking for something to add a little zest, stop here.

Hello Charleston SC!! I love visiting this shoppe any time we’re vacationing in the area. Their selections of tea and spices are a wide selection. Pursuing store takes a while but take you time and enjoy. One of my last trips there I purchased package of Victorian Chai black tea. The taste is phenomenal.

Great selection of teas! Some traditional, some wacky / creative. Jayden was very knowledgeable about tea and let me smell the jars to get an idea of what to expect. The best part was I could bring glass jars so I didn’t have to buy the plastic bags #zerowaste :)

Very friendly staff. A lot of samples out and available. Which usually don't influence what I purchase. However they had a seasoning mix for a dip that was great. And it had to come home with us. Always love going to this store when visiting Asheville. And was a nice surprise to see it here in Charleston. Always a must stop.

I adore this place! The seasoning packets, the salts, the sugars, the tea blends, so many delicious things to purchase in there! They also have utensils made from locally harvested materials and crafted by local artists. The items are so great it will be hard to give them as gifts.

Very good selection of teas and unique sugar. Charlotte is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly employee. Great experience here!

My wife and I walked in here out of the blue and ended up spending $50 or more. I think that about sums up how great this place is. We had a mixed array of spices and tea to give everything a shot and I have to highly recommend the Scorpion Pepper Sea Salt to anyone who likes a bit of spice in their life. I’m not a tea drinker so I can’t comment too much on that side of the shop, but my wife seemed to love it!

I love this store! I am from New Jersey and have to go in each time I visit Charleston. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is charming. They have such a large variety of spices and local flavor. I feel like I can bring Charleston back home to NJ with me!

Our go to store for speciality spices and teas. The only downside is it's expensive, but that hasn't stopped us from going back 5 times already! It's worth the price and make excellent gifts!

What other spice place let's you sample the spices in food? Great business model.

Friendly staff and plenty of samples of spices, teas, and fancy sugar blends. They will measure and package bulk spices into smaller bags if requested. We stop in every visit to Charleston.

I drool simply walking by the shop. If you are a foodie, your mind will go crazy thinking about all the meals you will make with either their mixed seasonings or individual spices. I love their selection of teas as well. Far superior than Teavana.
