Art Fx is simply the best! From inspiration pictures to wearing my custom ring on my hand, Jeremy and his team exemplify the fine jewelry experience. My family has been working with Art Fx for decades, and when I lost the stone from my engagement ring I knew exactly who to call. Jeremy walked me through the whole process from choosing the center stone to design execution- he even provided a 3D rendering of the design so I knew exactly how the ring was going to look. I placed my first order 1 week before Valentine’s Day it was easy precise however, I was unsure of the quality being an online purchase. I received the order a day before expected. I received communication the entire time. However, to my surprise, I was overjoyed by the quality that I received the gold is rich, beautiful and far better quality than it looked online I highly recommend this online experience to anybody looking for a quality piece of jewelry from a replicable company. Lovely selection of contemporary jewelry, especially earrings. Knowledgeable craftsmen who do terrific repair work. Great at replacing weak clasps on necklaces.

They were very helpful in finding the custom wedding band we were looking for and insuring the fit was perfect. On a side note their custom pieces were very unique. True artisans!

A little store in a littler town with gifted jewelers and a treasure trove of equipment to create and repair. Knowledgeable pair of brothers do a great job. Amazing quick service- they repaired a 19th century piece with expertise and care. Great selection of local artist jewels as well! Having worked in jewelry many years I can highly recommend!

Dane was incredible! I’m not the easiest person to deal with when buying jewelry. He was very professional, and took the time to show us so many pieces. The craftsmanship of the ring we selected was amazing. Thank you, Dane for your patience we will be back when we return to Ashland!

The team @ FX is creative, friendly and goes beyond helpful. Their work is stunning and fairly priced. They've created beautiful pieces (I get continued compliments) utilizing some of my old stones.

This is a favorite stop whenever we are in Ashland. I have many beautiful pieces from here that I love. I had them design a pendant using a stone from my mother in law that is stunning. Recently they were super helpful and nice when I called them after I got home about a bracelet for my husband. They sent me 2 to me to check out we ended up keeping them both. Dane, Jeremy and the other guys who work there are knowledgeable, helpful, creative and low key (I.e., no pressure). Go in and take a look!
