This is the best gamestop location in spokane and the surrounding area! I have been buying games from gamslestop for over 30 years. I travel for work and stop at almost every gamestop in the northwest. This is my Home store for sure! Love the place. You guys are the best!

Gamestop employees were very friendly and informative with any questions I may have had. They were respectful and asked if there was anything I could find as soon as I came in the door. The place was clean and the atmosphere was great. They had plenty of games and if not they could point me in the right direction. Also they had plenty of accessories to choose from as well. They have all of your gaming needs and I would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing customer service. The guy that speaks real fast is an absolute gem. The bald dude is too. Both are very smart and knowledgeable.

Chris is the man to talk to at this location. He has the heart and soul for gaming and truly connecting with his customers. This place is one of my favorite places to shop at due to memberships, points, great deals, great prices and excellent staff. There is a wide selection of games and other merchandise. My son loves the plushies, my brother loves the Pokémon cards and loves that gamestop has the new boxes available consistently. My husband loves a variety of games and this is the place he chooses to buy a new game because with a pro membership, he gets points with every purchase and he goes back in and could use his points to get controllers, other games, and discounts. My brother in law absolutely loves getting pre-orders. This place is great for that. My mother in law buys controllers for her husband since he goes through them fast. Gamestops controllers seem to last the longest for continous gaming. Gamestop is great!

David the Store Manager is awesome. He is always very helpful, interactive, and has a great sense of humor. And he always has great recommendations. I prefer getting my items from Gamestop. Being able to talk to David and his employees is nice, that way I can hear about their thoughts and personal knowledge on games, consoles, and accessories.

I want to say, we went into the GameStop on Holland and was helped by David. I first walked in with 4 kids which is already alot in a little store. David was so kind and helpful. He would walk up to my kids and show them new items they might enjoy. He was joking, laughing and helpful 100 percent. When it came to checkout, all my kids wanted to pay for there own items, he had no issue with that. At the end of each transaction he gave all my kids a bonus free gift! Like a little Lego, basketball, and even Pokémon cards! I will only take my business to this location, not because of free items but the generosity to my kids!

Small lil shop very clean . They were awesome plus they were the only place in town that had the game I wanted .👍u guys rock..

No hassle on my return, which I really appreciate & these guys know their stuff!!

You had so many customers in the store but you did not miss a beat. You helped everyone perfectly and were so kind and friendly. Huge kudos to you!!!!!! I love going to stores where they have amazing employees. I just cannot say enough good things about you but did not catch her name. Thank you again.

The manager here really let's you know what's coming up next. I don't game that much but he still finds recommendations on things to try. I appreciate that because it helps me explore games I never would have.

The one guy employee was super informative and helpful. Made sure if we picked a newer game, he got us the preowned, to save on our total. We always come back to this game stop because of how nicely we get treated.

Dave, the longtime manager really adds great value to this store. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable beyond reproach and the cat has a great personality. Highly Recommended!

It's difficult to find Switches and Switch accessories right now. I was very happy to find they had some controllers in stock. Also, the customer service was fantastic. Robert was energetic, friendly, and very professional. I would recommend this GameStop very highly. Keep up the good work.

Got a bday gift for my kid, customer service was amazing. Had some great deals and ended up getting some other stuff too.

They have some very nice, difficult to find, collectables. Very good overall prices. Staff were helpful with a problem return. I will be going back.

I've been to all the Gamestops in the region of Spokane county, and this particular one off of Holland Ave is the only one I'll go to. In my opinion this store has the best staff around. I have read some of the other reviews out there and have come to the conclusion that these individuals albeit seem to have legitimate experiences but fail see the big picture and have a knee-jerk reaction to those said experiences. If I could have a conversation with my fellow consumers I would offer to you to ask more questions, arm yourself with knowledge regarding what you want, and politely decline any offer of solicitation by an employee. If you express loyalty to the store and its employees they will perceive you in the same way....
They have never wronged me in anyway, and have always looked out for my best interest. I also am "up-selled" and offered things I don't necessarily need bit that's part of the game, no pun intended. Great store with great customers.

This gamestop has been the one with the best customer service I had in a while. Crew there was knowledgeable of not only the games but also their store, they knew where everything we asked for was.

I had made an order online and they just straight up sent me the wrong game
But I called this local store, and within minutes the team here found a solution. I was able to come here and just exchange the wrong game for the right one no hassle, very easy, in and out in 2 minutes.
