Jeremy was very informative over the phone when I called in with questions yesterday. I decided after calling around to various stores that my first stop would be Mattress Firm, and I was hoping to find a good deal there and be done with it. Darin was very professional and the first thing he said was "you look like your on a mission" and he was right, I wanted to get it done. I told him what I needed and what my budget was. He had me try 4 different levels of quality and pricing. I found the quality and the comfort I was looking for. He searched the inventories around town and the clearence warehouse to see if he could find me a good deal. He found one I could afford and that I felt comfortable with and that was it. Over in 30 minutes, couldn't have gone any better for me today. Great job by Darin.

Ivanhoe is the coolest mattress salesperson I’ve ever met. He really made me feel valued as a customer. I’m always going to buy any of my future bed related products from him for the rest of my life. If any of my friends buy from anyone else I’m gonna TP their house.

What fantastic customer service from Gabriel! We accidentally purchased a bed frame that needed a box spring. When we called to ask why it wasn't working with just a mattress he very nicely explained the mistake we had made AND gave us a great discount on a box spring. Thank you so much!

Initially spoke with Nick. Very helpful on the phone. Was looking for a king foundation that I could get today. Nick said he had two open box but new units I could pick up now. Was at the store within the hour but was helped by Tom when Nick had stepped out. Tom was super-friendly and helped me load the set in my truck and I got an excellent price due to the open box status on essentially new stuff to top it off. Thank you!

Deal with Nikolai he's the guy very trustworthy nailed every questions. He sold us exactly what we needed for my back spend the extra money very worth it. He does not pressure you let you look try first then help with what you need deal with him!!

Gabriel was very nice and knowledgeable, he didn't seem pushy or rush us into making a decision. We already knew what we wanted to get and he provided some great insight. When I get a mattress again I will be going back to him.

My wife and I came into the Newport Hwy store and were warmly greeted by Gabriel Anderson. He took us around the floor, showed us every mattress, let us lay on them, and went into great detail of all the features and science behind each of them. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy a single thing and he treated me as if I was about to spend all my money. I grilled him for over 30 minutes, but he didn’t change is friendly demeanor at all. I highly recommend Gabriel to anyone in the market for a mattress that also wants a friendly, no pressure experience!

Bryan is an excellent zero pressure, knowledgeable salesman. He is second generation in the mattress industry as his father sold springs to manufactures.
Overall, Mattress Firm has best in the industry buying structure. Great value, great showrooms, and easy financing... a very knowledgeable, zero pressure salesman added to a great experience.

Great experience working with Nicolai to select and buy a mattress! From the minute we walked into the store, he was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. There was no slick sales presence, no upsell gimmicks, no pressure. He worked hard to help us figure out what would best fit our needs and our budget. He discussed alternatives transparently and provided lots of helpful information about different mattress manufacturers and products. I left the store confident that we bought exactly what we were looking for and got a great deal as well. This was not the sales experience I was expecting; Nicolai’s excellent service honestly blew me away. I would send a friend or family member to him in a heartbeat.
