Winky Lux Store Nashville

Loved this store!! I’ve heard of Winky Lux before but never tried it so I went to their flagship store in Nashville on my trip there and I’m so glad I did! Beckah took her time and helped me pick out a tinted moisturizer and a foundation. She was super sweet and even gave me and my sister some recommendations of places we should visit in Nashville! Also fell in love with the tinted moisturizer/matte powder combo 💗💗

Visiting Nashville for a few days, and had no idea Winky Lux had a storefront of any kind! I was so excited to stop in and check them out. The team was super friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn’t planning on buying anything, but ended up walking out with a Disco Gloss and a lot of adorable pictures! Wishing the team a million years of prosperity and success! <3

Best cosmetic store in Nashville! The customer service is soooo good! They really help you make the best choices for makeup and skincare without being pushy at all. They encourage pictures and have cute rooms for photo ops. The staff is so friendly and even offer suggestions of what to do in Nashville. Cora was very helpful and professional and Katelyn really gave us so much guidance and suggestions for all the products.
It’s the only store that carries the brand so this is the place to try on what you’ve seen online with customized expertise! Definitely stop in and check out this hidden gem of a store!

Becca was incredible. She was so kind, friendly, informative, and genuine. I don’t know much about makeup and she took the time to help me find what will make my Halloween costume perfect. She’s the perfect saleswoman. She wasn’t pushy in the slightest and had my best interest in mind - which resulted in my trusting her and buying everything she suggested.

Winky lux is so cute and aesthetic on the inside with amazing products! Not only are their products are amazing, but so are the employees. Jesse was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and was so helpful by showing me the products that suited my needs. It’s been a couple of months of using the products she helped pick out for me and my skin is glowing! Jesse has so much passion for Winky Lux and treated it like her own. I never met an employee that was so knowledgeable about make up and skin care and passionate to take their time explain it to others. The photo wall was super cute with incredible lighting so I also even took a few selfies! New fave store!

Love love love this place! We were taken here on our mural tour and ended up spending more time shopping! We met Maddie who helped us pick the right shades of lip stick, gloss, and eye shadow. She was super friendly, kind, and answered all questions for us. She was so nice we ended up going back the next day to shop some more. Would love to come here again next time I’m in town!

This is definitely one of the best makeup stores I have ever been in! Not only do they have a large selection of makeup and skin care products available, but they also have really awesome photo opportunities in store. They definitely leveled up the shopping experience.

Hi I just wanted to shout out Kody from the winky lux social team because I learned more about makeup in 20 minutes of being in his live stream last night then I've learned in all my 33 years of wearing makeup. My budget is tight at the moment so I wasn't able to buy anything new unfortunately but as soon as I have the extra money saved up I most certainly will! I need your tinted moisturizer to go with your primer! His enthusiasm was refreshing and your products are so pretty. Sending you love from Oregon!

I love going in and shopping with Jess! She always has the best recommendations on make up and products for my skin! Love the looks she does with make up for me and there is a fun photo booth! Always support in store!

Such a great store for cosmetics! Helpful staff and spots for pics too! Photowalk Nashville meets at this location and gets great pics in there too. Makeup is great quality and value and it’s conveniently located in The Gulch.

This is SUCH a cute store! The sales associates were so knowledgeable about all of the products and we’re also so excited to be Sharing their knowledge about all of the products they had to offer! I highly recommend going into the store just to get great customer service and take a really cute photos!

Package got delivered to the old address and the new residents weren't giving it back to me ): so I emailed customer service and my new package is now on it's way to me with a tracking number. Amazing customer service, especially with the busy holiday season. People who I was talking to trough email were super helpful and so nice.
