Wonderful experience at the Lexington, KY Draper James store. Twila the general manager was super easy to work with to set up an event with Lexington Young Professionals Association. Even got me marketing materials to use to help market it. Sydney was super helpful, showing me around the store, and picking up a holiday gift for my mom, wrapped my gift, and Twila offered to ship it for me, as I mentioned she lives elsewhere. Which was an incredible level of service. Store was gorgeous and clean, and the staff was all happy, friendly, and fun. Thank you Twila and Lexington, KY store staff.

We went to the Lexington KY store, the customer service is superb. Claire assisted us....she was great and so was the rest of the staff..i highly recommend shopping here...the clothes were really nice and this store deserves a 5 star+...and yes they serve you sweet tea while you shop!!

Outstanding customer service whether in store or over the phone, every single time. The ladies who work here go above and beyond to help the customer. The items in this store are timeless, feminine and classic. Love it!

Great store!!!!!

I am torn on the star review, I loved the store and the products. (super big fan of Reese Witherspoon, have seen all her movies and still watch Legally Blonde every time I see it on, know the script word for word). My story does have a point 😜. My Daughter, 3 granchildren and I went to an outdoor movie event a couple summers ago at the Summit. We were dressed for the weather, so shorts, tees & flip flops. We had been to the Summit quite a few times (my Husband did the landscape during the construction), we went early so we could shop and check out all the stores. We went into Drapers James, the shop keeper appeared pleasant and reminded me of Elinor Donahue, dress to perfection with her sharp pressed summer dress, she even offered my grandson some iced tea. As I looked, I know I kept saying "oh this is so cute", but noticed there were no price tags on anything, so I found something that I felt like, "I gotta have this"! So I asked her what the price was..... and she said "we don't put price tags on anything, it is just TACKY". She then said that they run a special in your birth month, and asked me what mine was, I told her March, she said "that's strang, I don't know of anyone born in March". okay then wow, that was a "PRETTY WOMAN" experience I will never forget. I am not sure why she didn't care for me, but unfortunately, I left without purchasing anything and very disappointed! I hope she didn't work on Commisions.... HUGE MISTAKE hehe.
I think I will go back in and try again next weekend.

Unfortunately their customer service is terrible. Cute clothes but not worth the purchase
