Shannon Carpet Care

My husband and I have chosen Shannon Carpet Cleaning to clean my rugs for over 16 years. We have two big hairy dogs and the guys do a great job in every room. They get the rugs spotless every time. I also use them in to clean the carpets in my meditation center here in Sedona, where people often sit on the floor. I am always so pleased at their customer service. They are friendly, reliable, and really good!

I wouldn't use anyone else. I tried others in the past but Shannon does the best job for the price.

Only giving then 4 stars because when I returned to the rental there was a big coffee stain still there and no one let me know they couldn't get it out. I called another place to get the stain out which turned into a disaster. Wishing they tried harder to remove the stain (the other company got it out but was a horrible person) or inform me it was still there. Overall, I love the people and the rest of the carpet looks ok, but I probably wont use again.
