Badminton Express

I ordered two rackets / 3 Yonex AS30 and restrung one old rackets. Have them ship to Charlotte NC and got them in 7 days (including Xmas and New Year holiday). And only cost $5 for shipping. That is very fast and extremely reasonable shipping cost. I have tried to order over $150.00 from another badminton online store and they are charging $28.00 for shipping which is a bit high when most the time you get free shipping from Amazon or when purchase over $100.00 - most of the online will waive the shipping cost. The items came in with proper insulation. The people at Badminton Express are very knowledgeable and they did not try to sell me expensive racket for my son who is a beginner player. I like that :-)

I purchased shoes and didn't hear anything from them for 2.5 weeks. I had to follow-up with them twice, only for my order to get cancelled out of nowhere. I would have been fine if they simply communicated that there were issues with my order earlier, but instead, they blindsight me with this, plus I had to make the effort to e-mail and call them about the status.

Also, why lie about having something available in the first place?

Never buying anything from this store again, and I will make sure my friends never buy anything either.

This company does not care about the customer. Absolutely do not do business with this company.

8 courts, 4 courts reserved for class, the other 4 courses are for drop-in. We paid $20 per person for drop-in, played only 20 minutes. All courts are reserved, then we had to leave. Not recommending this place for quick drop in play.!!!

Bought some shoes, paid extra for expedited shipping due to needing it urgently. Waits 4 days later to tell me that they don't have it in stock and cancel my order. Claims to have refunded me for my order but when I asked for proof of refund, no response. Called numerous times and e-mailed numerous times and no response ever since.
