Verizon

Came in to this Verizon yesterday and today for two different reasons. Zara helped me yesterday and she was amazing. She explained the differences in my account and the different plans that were available. Extremely patient and helpful! Today, Kaitlyn helped with issues surrounding the online registration. She was incredible as well! She spoke with Verizon main (30 mins) until everything was complete. Great location to visit for any Verizon issue.

Amber S. was so helpful with getting my phone issue resolved. We had a few technical issues, but she remained professional and patient. Highly recommended!! Thanks Amber for all your help!

I had been having issues with my phone for months (Since January!) . I had visited another Verizon as well but unfortunately, the issue wasn't resolved. However, after a visit to this Verizon this past week all my issues with my phone were sorted and resolved. Specifically, Amber S. did a great job assisting me and my dad in the process of fixing my phone. Despite her being on the phone for nearly an hour and a half with Verizon customer service, she stuck it out and was very patient/ great at assisting us! As well as the other woman she was working with this past Thursday was kind to us while we were waiting (I didn't catch her name).
I came back later this weekend to get help with my SIM card as well and Dariana was very helpful in the whole process. She was multitasking while being attentive to my needs. As well as answering random questions/concerns we all had (Whether they were all relevant or not lol). Although my phone acting up was frustrating originally, I was glad to have interacted with all of these Verizon specialists who made this originally stressful situation turn out way better.
While waiting all the specialist(s) had great music playing while they were working (which was nice to listen to during the wait). They are all great workers and conversationalists who helped this whole ordeal turn out into a great experience. While helping me and my family's concerns feel truly listened to and greatly assisted. Thank you to all of these specialists!

Customer service is great at this store! Dariana helped my husband and I with a billing issue and she was very professional, patient and kind. Definitely recommend this place to others.

She obtained a specific model phone we were looking for from another location, thoroughly explained the service plans, and stayed late to ensure our new devices were set up before we left the store. My husband and I really appreciated that Ali went above and beyond to make upgrading an easy and efficient experience!

Kayla was exceptionally professional. Took her time to explain my bill and instore cost to upgrade. It took a while to transfer my data and she was so patient. She is the reason I will only be coming to this location from now on. Customers service 10 out of 10 would DEFINITELY recommend!

I had a really great experience. When having to upgrade to a new phone it gives me anxiety. I obviously want the best but still something in my budget. Goldee put my mind at ease with my choices. She was very helpful and did such a great job.

5 stars for Kayla. She’s awesome. Owners really could use a tv in there for her though, thatd be dope. Also don’t know if it was Kayla or the owners dictating the 77 degree sweat box of the the facility but if it’s not Kaylas choice, I would recommend a nice 70-73 degrees in there.

Very Friendly Staff. I went in told them what I needed and they help me with no problem. But If you ask me who i would recommend it would definitely be Ms.Kayla If you love great customer service like i do and she is the one for you.
