I had a brick fireplace front and hearth that was removed by Shores. It was potentially a messy and tough job. However, the men from shores came in and did a fine job! They were polite, neat, and reasonably priced considering the nature of the job. Much appreciated.

Had a great experience with Shores with my fireplace. Had some issues with my existing fireplace equipment and they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out a new insert and installed it within a reasonable timeframe.

I called them because I had recently converted my traditional fireplace to gas logs and could not get the pilot light started after it blew out on a windy day. Excellent and caring service from the person who answered the call, the person that called me back, and Aaron Burzynski who was here in 10 minutes and got it lit again. Excellent customer service!

Shores fireplace and BBQ has a wide selection products. Beth is very knowledgeable and helpful. We had an issue with our gas logs that were still under warranty and Beth took care of everything and the service guys were great, had it fixed in no time. I highly recommend Shores fireplace and BBQ.

I had Adam come out tonight to get my gas fireplace in my new home working and to show me how to turn it on. He was so professional and explained everything to me on how to turn the fireplace on to how to clean the glass and what products are the best. I hired Shores fireplace for my fireplace renovation project. Aaron and his team were very professional and very skilled. Not only did I have to replace the insert but the entire chimney had to be reframed due to it leaking. They did an outstanding job. Would definitely recommend them.

Was having issues with our gas fireplace staying lit. Had a service call done by Glen - he was on-time, clean, very polite and spent some extra time to explain the problem and even make a few adjustments and recommendations to make the fireplace run better. Very happy with the service and results.

I visited mid December just before close. The 2 women that helped me provided plenty of service and laughter. I purchased a fireplace key and was able to get my unit working. I have visited a few fireplace stores over the last year. Nobody helped me likely these ladies. Thank you!
