The atmosphere is welcoming with beautiful music, the staff very kind, the food very good. Having a garlic allergy the Chef prepared me a sandwich with grilled chicken, tomato and salad. Cucumbers and cherry tomatoes separately. It was great a menu that should be fixed in your restaurant. It made me very happy so thank you very much. 🥰

I went to scoop this place out to see if it would be a cool place to work. It had a very friendly staff, the server was very knowledgeable about the menu, and her pitch was just long enough to highlight her favorite items without causing you to forget why you were there. The food was above par and the cost was considerably cheaper than the bars around it. It was a great experience, I'll probably try to get on board.

The service was pretty good! We chose to go on a day that wasn’t too busy after a million tourists were in town for the weekend. The food was very good. Don’t sing along to happy birthdays because a lady will get mad if you sing along. Very weird to hear since we are in Nashville but we all know why she was mad. 👈

Everything about this place was awesome! Lina is a great server, good at conversation! I ordered the Messi burger with a side of onion rings, and just when I thought it couldn't get better, the apple crumble blew me away! My only regret is that I got full before I finished everything.

Really good food and service. It's cool to look around at all of the different pieces. There's also a photographer which was random but a cute touch

Friendly and helpful staff. Laid-back atmosphere. More peaceful than most of the other cafes/bars on Broadway. Interesting memorabilia from the world of popular music.

This is one of the premier dining and drinking establishments on Nashville's lively Broadway. Consistently, the dishes were prepared with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. During peak hours, particularly on weekends, advance reservations are usually required. However, on our Monday visit, we simply walked in without prior arrangements.

Great food and great service. The Messi Chicken sandwich was delicious and the mushroom Swiss burger was great. The fries were perfectly seasoned and the macaroni and cheese may have been the best I have ever had. The real showstopper was the apple cobbler though! It was cinnamon-y and gooey and topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with caramel. Oh yum!

We went there for a company function. The music was incredible. The food was delicious! The service was pretty darn good considering how many people were there. The view from the balcony was great! I can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend the Nashville Hard Rock Cafe.

While I often steer clear of reviewing Hard Rock Cafe locations - considering their adherence to a consistent standard which usually guarantees an experience ranging from good to exemplary - my recent encounters at their Nashville branch compel me to make an exception. Nestled amidst the bustling Broadway Street, which boasts a plethora of dining options, this establishment has quickly become our go-to spot. In a landscape where the dining spectrum can range from stellar to subpar, this Hard Rock Cafe has proven itself as a reliable oasis. Every dish we've sampled has not only met but frequently surpassed our culinary expectations. Service-wise, they've been nothing short of prompt and attentive. As for the live music, Nashville's rich tapestry of talent means that it's easy to be discerning. While the performance during our initial visit wasn't quite to my taste, our subsequent experience was redeemed by a remarkably talented young performer. It's refreshing to have a dependable choice amidst the cacophony of Broadway's offerings.

I was in my favorite Hard Rock Cafe and I had a great experience . This time I was able to enjoy the terrace , the weather was perfect , we were served by Kristen waitress and Melissa in the store . The food was also very good , the music and the atmosphere in general were too good. We hope to return soon. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. I’ll come back for you . 🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸

We enjoyed our meal, drinks, and the live music. Food was great and the drinks came with a souvenir glass for extra $. But it wasn’t much more to keep the glass. The service was great, our waiter was awesome. They also have valet parking.

Great food, good prices, and terrific staff! Never disappointed at a Hard Rock Cafe!!

Excellent experience. The Manager Allyisa made us feel like family. Servers were friendly and the food and drinks were great.

4/18/2023: We stopped in for a midday cocktail after our double decker city bus tour. Our bartender was terrific. He was originally from Vegas. I don’t recall his name. He made a great Bloody Mary and was personable with conversation. The restaurant is full of fun iconic pictures and memorabilia. It is conveniently located at the corner of Broadway near the river. Valet parking is available for tour goers and for Hard Rock Cafe patrons. They have a small gift shop inside the restaurants.

I had a steak here and it was cooked perfectly. The bartender made my drink exactly the way I like it, and everyone was incredibly friendly without it seeming to be forced. Next time I'm in the area I'm definitely going back.

We stopped by for lunchtime. Got a table very fast and our server was very helpful in advising some food ideas… Good Food and cold drinks surrounded by Music… enjoyed my time

Me and family drove from Arkansas to see check this place out and loved it! Atmosphere was super laid back and vibe was chill. Really cool memorabilia inside also. I felt like hard rock Cafe deserves 5 stars!

Jimmy stump was amazing. My friend was diabetic and he went above and beyond for my friend. The staff and food was great and fast. Jimmy is the man and has customer service like I have not seen.great job and great hire. Ty.

We got right in and set at the bar. we were immediately greeted and drinks served. Our bartenders were the best ones I had while in Nashville. One in particular was Cody. He was fantastic with speed and making exactly what we wanted. We spent a few hours there and showed up sober. If you plan on staying to drink to drunk definitely plan on spending 200+ also the live music was great!
