Yaas Alborz Restaurant

I am visiting from Los Angeles where there are many many kabab restaurants. The quality at this restaurant beats all kabab places in Los Angeles. I ordered the koobideh kabab and was amazed. Great location next to park and nice seating outside. Inside is great classy decor and excellent friendly staff. I also tried the Ghormeh Sabzi and was extremely satisfied. Definitely recommend!

I’ve recently been exposed to Persian food by my colleagues at UCLA and I wanted to try one nearby my brother’s house in Woodland Hills. I found this restaurant and boy it did not disappoint. The ambience was great and the staff was just super friendly! The shish kabob and lamb chops were marvelous! I highly recommend this place to anyone around! It is one, if not one of the best, Persian places I’ve found!

I just happened to be in the vicinity and ran across the most wonderful restaurant. More exciting is believe it or not I had not ever tried Persian Cuisine.

It was the most delightful experience! My guest and I wanted a quick delicious lunch and believe me it was absolutely worth the find!

Starting with the beautiful woman who was one of the owners. She greeted us with such warmth and kindness. She explained their operations and their menu. We ordered and we were served the most delicious lunch.

She told us her husband was the Chef and to our satisfaction he was an excellent Chef! Everything was very good. Please patronize this business, give community support and enjoy, because you truly will. Thank you Alborz!

It's a very nice local Persian restaurant. Very convenient for taking out food. The kebobs are very delicious. We order from them very often.

This is the most phenomenal Persian food I've had, I absolutely love their food, so authentic, delicious and the best is the customer service!!
They are so polite, bring the food on time, amazing atmosphere!
I would recommend the Kabob Koobideh, Ghorme Sabzi with Salad shirazi !

I’ve been to this restaurant a couple of times: their food is always fresh and the servings are quite large. So go there when you are famished. I love both types of eggplant dishes. Very unique. I typically order Chicken Sultani which is quite good. My friend ordered the Cornish hen dish. Lots of variety in meat and veggie dishes. The place is clean and the waiters are very nice. 🥰

Great place. Food was superb. Ample portions, great taste, cooked right, all of it good. I was happily surprised at the quality. Take out only. I ordered at the restaurant and waited in my car to take it home hot. Quality, value.

My godmother had passed this place a few times and finally we had a chance to stop in and try it out. We were definitely not disappointed. The staff was incredibly friendly and very prompt. The food was excellent, and the presentation so pretty that we didn't want to dig in and destroy it. My godmother had a chicken kabob and I had their combo ground chicken and beef kabob plate. We also had their humus which was very good. Everything was delicious and the chicken so tender. We will most definitely come back and visit.

Wonderful neighborhood secret gem in Woodland Hills! Small restaurant in a little shopping center with great food and service. Easy to park. I LOVE their homemade hummus (must have) and their rice is fluffy and so tasty. We ordered the boneless chicken kabob and it came with delicious roasted tomatoes and pepper and the fluffy rice. The chicken was so tasty and perfectly marinated, so tender. A definite "go to" if you're looking for low key - high value - great service - and terrific food.

An absolute 5 star experience every time! True Authentic Persian food cooked by an Iranian chef to perfection. Great customer service for dine in or take out. Strongly recommend :)

I was lucky enough to drive down the right street. I just moved up to Topanga and came across this beautiful authentic little Iranian restaurant. Ordered the Lamb Chops and much more. I will be headed back and can’t wait to eat inside!!! Best of luck during these troubled times.

Ordered the Shish Kabob and a Combo Kabob to go. Very good plates, the steak was extremely tender. The only thing was I didn't realize it didn't come with any sauces, I'll be ordering the hummus as well next time.

Try Koobideh Beef here, It’s clean, healthy and delicious here. The quality of the rice is relatively high too. The salad comes with a nice sauce here. The seller is relatively customer friendly too.

This hidden gem of a Persian restaurant on Fallbrook Avenue serves excellent filet mignon kabob at a very reasonable lunch price. Fresh ingredients and comes with a large piece of delectable flat bread. The decor is almost posh for this area.

This place is great,the quality of the food is surprisingly good;they really nailed that authentic flavor one looks for,when ordering certain types of foods;like these,nothing but good things to say about this place.

Had filet shish kabob with Shiraz salad . Excellent tender tasty nicely marinated meat. Rice delicious . Shorazi salad good . Prices just right . Family owned . They were sweet to me. Will come back .

Really good food... I started going almost 2 years ago when ownership changed... The food is perfect since the new owner took over... I personally love Shish Kabob!! Try it when you go there.
