Horribly rude and unprofessional service. Never have had an experience as bad as what we had here today.

Choose one of the many other great places to eat in Harbor Springs before eating or buying anything here.

Staff yelled at us for ordering food without having cash to pay. There is only 1 small sign at the register saying cash only which is not close or visible when you are ordering food.

They would not provide a receipt proving what they were charging was correct. The woman working told me to go look at the menu to get the pricing details. She finally caved and started to add up what I had paid for and was way off.

At that point I asked for my money back and had to argue to get it.

Ended up at Mustang Wendy's instead who had great food and service!

Rude, never wants to make food. It's like she doesn't want people to buy anything! Why own a cafe if you don't want to do anything that a cafe owner would want to do? Hmm like perhaps Sell Food or Beverages!!!! I live in this town and try to get a sandwich for years! Have only succeeded 2 times!! It's like pulling teeth! And she is the meanest woman, zero people skills!! She has left me angry and hungry. Thanks for that Pam!

I can't understand how a place like this could stay in business. The old bat behind the counter was so rude, I've never encountered anyone like her. She threw a hissy fit in front of all the customers in the store because we picked up a newspaper, glanced at it and didn't buy it. All this over a $1 newspaper. She needs to retire or she needs to be fired.

Very rude and unhelpful employees. When asked about bathrooms or if they knew of one for the public, they offered zero help and couldn't care less. Some family we were with tried to eat there later and had a terrible experience as well. Avoid.

Rude, rude, rude. I was mocked by this lady and embarrassed in front of other customers. I wouldn't return even if the coffee were given to me free.

PASS ON THIS PLACE!!! Very rude..... The people here are very rude to customers. I will NEVER spend a penny at this place again. AWFUL!!!!!
