Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Went here based on a recommendation. Food was fresh and tasty as were the smoothies. For the health conscious and fit people, this is the perfect place for you. I love this place and would recommend everyone to try it out. My favorite so far is the Triple Berry Nut.

Went in for a Caribbean jerk wrap, and I have to say that the staff was truly amazing and the service was outstanding. Even Winn they were busy. I didn’t take but about seven minutes or less for me to receive my order. I highly recommend that the next time you guys go you try the Caribbean jerk wrap, you will not be disappointed. And I love supporting veteran owned businesses like this one.

First visit, ordered chipotle chicken club flatbread and mocha madness smoothie. Everything was delicious. I ordered on the app and my order was ready when I arrived.

Most of the locations are great, but the location at Prisma Health is superb. They always have my to-go ready at the time the app says, they always include the napkin, and I even get greeted when I come in to pick-up. Only complaint is taking the Turkey Apple Dijon sandwich off the menu! The flatbreads and the great service keeps me coming back, though.

I order from the store on Sunset by mistake on the app. I tried to cancel the order from the store on sunset by was told no and they was rude. The customer service I got at this store was amazing even if I so very frustrated by the lack of customer service from the sunset store. The employees at this store was kind and helpful! Thank you so much for making my experience at your store great one!!

Love this place! I've known the owner since the mid-80s and there isn't a more honest guy in town. He's always provided great service at a reasonable price for a delicious product. If there is an issue between him and someone else, my money is that the other person wanted something unreasonable or has an entitled attitude toward life.

Even though it was busy when I walked in, the staff was still friendly and fast. I got our food quicker than I thought. And it was delicious. Clean bathrooms also! Friendly service. Will def be back if I’m in the area again. The PB Banana Crunch flatbread was good!! Thx y’all

Absolutely the best Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread I have ever eaten. Fresh, well prepared and a great combination of flavors. Great customer service and the dining area was immaculate. No restaurant in town comes close, I will definitely come back.

This Tropical Smoothie is owned by a wonderful couple David and Leslie.
They put their heart and soul into the business. Always looking for ways to help out the local sports teams in the area. Hats off to them and all their hard work. Great place to eat and get your favorite smoothie.

What a great experience in these times of mediocre service. Clean, neat and friendly. Not to mention helpful. I wasn't sure what smoothie I wanted and the staff took their time helping me settle on one. Ingredients were amazingly fresh and delicious. Absolutely one of my "go to" stops in town.

This location is very clean, the employees are always super friendly and the service is impeccable. I like that I’m recognized with a friendly ‘hello’ when I walk in. Very well run business. I will continue to patronize and would recommend to my family, friends and everyone else!

If this Tropical Smoothie Cafe has given you such a traumatic experience perhaps you need a good therapist. Giving the business a nasty review is both asinine and childish. Did anyone give the business a chance to correct the problem on site? From the comments it appears you people would rather hide behind their computer with threatening words and actions. As the old saying goes "you can catch more flies with honey instead of vinegar" Learn to make smoothies at home if you are this hard to please

Came to the tropical smoothie on Lincoln street and got the sunrise sunset. The vitamin C in there was doing its thang. One of the best smoothies I’ve had in a long time, shout out to Kayla, her smoothies hit.

My wife and I have gotten food from here several times over the past year. If we do to go, its always ready when we get there. The staff here are always very polite and helpful. I recommend the Supergreen chicken caesar chicken wrap or the chicken bacon ranch!

4:58:09 p.m. at Smoothie King, Ms. Andrea J. did an amazing job 🤯 I don't know where y'all found this lady but let me tell you. She had huge orders way before we was even served and next thing you know them people were out the door expeditiously. What really top this off is that she was working alone 💪🏿 I've never seen anybody move so fast. WAY TO GO ANDREA 😁

Best service and smoothies in South Carolina. Anyone that feels differently is acting intentionally militious.

Visit this fantastic store and enjoy one of South Carolina’s finest cold and tasty smoothilicious treats, served by great, hard working people with a great sense of humor.

It's hard for me to knock this place because their food is so delicious and well priced. Smoothies come out quickly. I will say their timing is hit or miss. I went in waited nearly 20 minutes for a couple sandwiches, which for a made to order place is unacceptable. Get quicker cooks or more of them and it will be golden.

I love nothing more then supporting veteran owned and operated businesses just like this one. Amazing food with an outstanding staff. I highly recommend, if I could give it 10 stars I would.
