Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I ordered my smoothie online. I work down the street, and I got stuck at work. I ended up finally going to pick up my smoothie a couple hours after the scheduled time fully under the impression that I would have to buy another smoothie. Thankfully Ashley save the day with making me a new fresh smoothie with no extra charge. She was so sweet! Thank you!

Because I need to get to work early, I have to call right when they open at 7 AM to put my order in, and they have been into work and on time to be able to fulfill my order. They have gotten the order right every time. I have often called for catering smoothies sometimes the day before, and they have come through every time. They even made it a point to go out of their way to come very early in the morning to deliver. It’s a pleasure working with them, and I appreciate their dependability, especially these days where good workers are hard to find.

Outstanding speed and accuracy of service EVEN during lunch rush at this Canton, MI location. Socially distanced, multiple (masked) employees working on your order to make your food and smoothie orders quickly and accurately. I was in & out in less than 5 minutes and ordered 2 flatbread sandwiches along with a smoothie. Quality of food/smoothie AMAZING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

(If I've had a Tropical Smoothie before, it was many years ago. So this felt like a 1st time for me.) I went to redeem a free 24oz. from T-Mobile. AND I WAS SO IMPRESSED! The cashier, Gabriell, was kind, patient & helpful with deciding what to order. And the lady who made the Island Green with ginger & blueberries added was perfection in motion. I am regretful I took so long to discover this gem on Ford Rd.

Always delicious! A popular & busy spot that's for sure! This particular time I went it wasn't busy and I was able to enjoy my meal inside peacefully without the hustle & bustle of a crowd. I usually order the baja chicken wrap (with kettle chips) and an island green smoothie...both of which don't disappoint on flavor! It was also nice to actually hear the current hits that were playing on the sound system inside. The place was very clean and the staff members were friendly & courteous when taking/delivering my order.

My husband and I both placed mobile pick up orders, food/smoothies were ready on time. We ate in the clean dining area and I highly enjoyed the atmosphere and music. We did not interact with the staff but they seemed kind and friendly to other customers. The food (new flatbread) and smoothies were Delicious! Thank you!

Great place. Staff is warm and friendly. Emily is funny and light hearted but works hard. Autumn is very nice and great at customer service. Maya is very professional, hardworking and nice. Noyanna is very friendly and great at customer service. All the folks that work here and management are very wonderful at doing their jobs and providing a great environment to frequent. The staff always bring a smile to my face as I start my days.

My favorite location. I drive out of the way just to come here everyday. This location never messes up my order. Everything’s ready when it’s supposed to be, and they are fast and every single one of them are friendly.

Super friendly staff, fast, and efficient. I have a bunch of allergies so I am a pain to wait on (Sorry guys) but they listened and got my order correct and were so sweet when I requested a glove change. Normally I get sass when I ask for a glove change but they smiled and said ok and did it for me. Their food is delicious and their smoothies are the perfect pick me up during the work day.

Awesome place. The 2 workers in the early morning are great. I believe the female worker is named Kenzie and I'm unsure of the other male workers name, but they always work together and make amazing smoothies. Price is extremely reasonable as well. Thank you

Staff is always friendly. I've been a handful of times and never have a complaint. Once they were out of lime straws but otherwise it's always clean and kept up to date.

Samantha and the girls behind the counter were amazing! They were friendly, fast and made me feel safe by ensuring everyone was wearing a mask while inside the building. When being rudely spoken to, Samantha held her composure and offered solutions to the problem. Thanks ladies!

When you see the name Tropical Smoothie Cafe you think of smoothies only. But they actually have delicious wraps and Flatbreads. They are always fresh and delicious. My favorite is the Thai Chicken Wrap which comes with a choice of potato chips, kale apple slaw or a piece of fruit. I have also tried the Chicken Pesto Flatbread which is very good as well. There are numerous choices of smoothies. When you choose your smoothie you can also add fresh add on and supplements. The smoothies, I have tried are not the creamy thick yogurt based smoothies. These are a more slushy type of drink. Very refreshing on a hot day. You can download their app and order ahead of time. I feel this is a healthier choice then stopping at a lot of the fast food places around.

We have been very satisfied with the food from here. Always well made, and quickly done. Smoothies are delicious and the use of Splenda instead of the sugar works very well. Online ordering works well here through web or app.

Our smoothie's were Great, but be careful and slow when pulling in and out of their driveway! There are Huge Pot Holes in the road at the entrance!
