Finally had a chance to use my new 2 drawer storage cases. I ordered 3 of them and I couldn’t be happier. Like them so much I just ordered i more. I like that they are stackable, don’t take up much room in the garage. Price was reasonable and delivery only took a few days.

The tools I order came extremely fast and when I ordered I messed up and didn't get the free promotional item added to the order. I emailed customer service and they took care of it immediately. I had the promotional item within 4 days! Awesome customer service, I will definitely buy from them again!

Great price, great customer service, the Dewalt made short work of the oak cutting board and the toy box I made the day after getting it. Extremely happy with the finished product.

I was really stressing out because my b/u generator for my off-grid PV powered home just went out....and it was cloudy to boot! I had Ed from management who called me just a few minutes ago and I’m very happy to say thank you for taking the time out and calling me personally. You talked to me with the up most respect and with the understanding on why I wrote that review. He even let me know that the company didn’t have the same item in stock but he made a way for me not to be stuck with the issue I had. He worked out my problem simply and fast so thanks again Ed.

Combo kits are really well priced excellent quality. Will be adding more to my Dewalt collection.

I originally was looking at this generator on Amazon and wanted to know about a few technical questions and went to the manufacturer's web site and spoke with Charles Somkamsaeng and he was very knowledgeable
and professional he went above and beyond to give me all of the specifications that i needed to know about the right generator to power my whole house. He was very pleasant and down to earth to talk with and he price matched amazon's prices two times that was great in itself.
I own my own business and that was the best customer service that i have ever had.
Then he went one step further and recommended a service Technician
To address a problem that i had. One of the wheels bearings was to small to fit the axle so Brandon Bower a great service technician helped me to get another new wheel to me, and had it shipped next day air because i was having a fence put in to days later and he understood my dilemma and spoke with his supervisor and made it happen. That is great customer service!!!!!!!! This a great company with a great product and i will continue to purchase their products and recommend them to everybody that i know. My generator was the Duromax 5,500 Dual fuel and has exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend this authorized factory outlet.

I ordered the Dewalt battery powered chain saw. Have a friend who loves his. Best price I could find. Customer service was great. I had a missing part. Had it sent to me the next day. I will be checking with them first for next purchase.

Authorized Factory Outlet had a great deal on a Milwaukee saw I had been wanting for awhile but the regular price was just a little high to justify replacing my existing one. Once I saw they were running the saw deal with a free battery it was definitely worth the money. Will definitely be checking back with FAO for any of my future power tool needs.

I was very pleased with my experience. I had a question regarding the size of our propane tank and Jesse Hurt didn't pretend to know off hand. He told me he would research the info for me and get back to me. He did just that (which never happens) very quickly. I enjoyed his pleasant customer service and we purchased the heater. Was looking for a cordless Milwaukee rotary kit. Factory Authorized Outlet had the best price. I also needed very quickly for a upcoming birthday and they were able to get it to me incredibly fast and with days to spare! This will be my first stop from now on when looking for tool and equipment!!

This is a great product ! I did have an issue with it but this company , particularly Mr.Butler handled the issues VERY PROFESSIONALLY & SWIFTLY. Their customer service in my humble opinion is second to none. The last time any company had this kind of service was back in the 1970’s ! You know, when service was a priority not a cost ! Mr.Butler, you gained a permanent customer in ME ! Please make sure your corporate CEO sees this !

I had a great experience. We had our power wiped out for several days and needed to purchase a whole home generator. Charles walked me through several options and what was logistically possible and then personally tracked the order to make sure it shipped same day. All in all a great experience!
