I am a regular iced brown sugar espresso drinker. I know what the drink is suppose to look and taste like. I was driving through Lewisville and as I headed out I placed a mobile order at this location. When I made my stop to pick it up. I was pleased to see my drink!!...it was what I expected. I noticed certain locations are not consistent in the way it is made. Thank you Lexi, I asked the barista at the drive thru and he gave me your name.
The Starbucks in The Colony (Main & 121) should take notes from you.

The vibe of this store was very welcoming and warm. I'm a barista myself and honestly wish there were more stores like this one. Haven was an angel to interact with at the register, she literally made my day. Overall exceptional experience🌺

This is one of my favorite locations. The staff is very friendly and the service is fast. When a mistake is made they are quick to make it right, not that it has happened very much!

They got my order right... It is very busy because it is the only one in the airport terminal... It did not take very long to get my order even though the line was never ending... The employees were polite and friendly... They do not have very many tables but there is plenty of seating in the airport....

This starbucks was overall the best I've ever been to! I order a Passion tea lemonade, which usually they mess up but it was perfect! And a grilled cheese on sourdough, they added extra butter which seemed to make it more yummy! And the staff was very polite. I recommend this starbucks!!

Stopped by the Fox Ave Starbucks on way back from Denton. Drinks were made quickly and tasted awesome. All employees were friendly. We also made a new acquaintance as the new manager is from the same town as my husband and she recognized his cap. It was a pleasant surprise.

The manager I believe was super nice and our briesta was super nice as well gave good advice on coffee!

Literally just went to this location earlier today. I don’t know why I didn’t ask for the names of the baristas that made my drink and helped me, but I should have so I could brag about them. Normally I don’t post reviews cause I’m not in my 40’s and bored with my life - but THEY WERE SO NICE and they made my drink PERFECTLY. 12/10 would recommend to everyone! Not sure why their rating isn’t 5 stars cause it’s always a good experience when I go in. Love y’all thx 🌸🌈💕🧡

Just buying some gift cards for employee incentives! they were super nice and asked if there was a special occasion...told em nope just for my crew. They have different designs for different occasions but most don't ask to try to match it up for you...especially in the drive thru.

ALEX AND TIM!! I always stop at this one on my way to work because it is right off the interstate. Every time I go, even if there is a line, I never have to wait longer than 2 minutes!! This place is amazing and the whole staff is so nice! Alex and Tim are amazing assets to the company.
