Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Haven’t experienced a long wait on any of my visits. I always receive great service when I interact with them. We get our mail on time and my P.O. Box is always accessible when I go to check. Overall, great experience.

After being in the post office waiting in line to mail a package for about 20 minutes, I just had to write a review solely based on Miss Beverly's customer service. I was 2nd in line behind a difficult customer who wasn't from here and to be honest was just quite rude. Beverly had impeccable patience with her and made sure to speak to everyone in line waiting and apologized for our wait even though it wasn't her fault we were waiting for a very long time. I work in customer service too and I understand how challenging it can be at times. Beverly is always very sweet and kind. Keep that pretty smile on your face! Thanks again girl! 💕

I haven’t been receiving my mail for quite some time, went into the post office. Ms Beverly listened, understood my dilemma, the post office was busy and Ms Andrea jumped on the investigation. These ladies understood my issue, heard me and got the situation corrected. YOU LADIES ROCK

I just had to write a review about my mail carrier is Ms Adashia. Wow. She is by far the best mail carrier that has served Matthews trail. Very pleasant and professional. She deserves a raise and a promotion. But then again if she gets a promotion, we could loose her. No problem with that, just as long as you don’t send back the 1 she replaced. (Me and my neighbors got to know each other, because somehow we just always seem to get each other’s mail.)
I also have to compliment the Lovejoy Post Office front desk ladies, pleasant professionals. I’m always pleased with their service.

I moved to the area in August 2018. The staff at the counter has always been friendly and helpful. I am there so often, they have begun to recognize me. My last post office didn't have nearly as many friendly faces, so this is a first. A pleasant first.

I don't have any issues with the customer service or the workers but the customer area was left horribly in disarray with trash hanging out of the waste bins, counters trashed with paper everywhere, nothing stocked with required forms, and trash on the floors. Was the cleaning crew off or this isn't what the workers required to do? WE HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF OUR LITTLE LOCATION or we're going to lose it☹☹☹

The postal employee was pleasant and knew exactly what my issue was. I was in and out in a few minutes.

I was having trouble with a package, I forgot the mans name and this review is a little over due but he was very kind and gave excellent service, the customer service skills he has were great!

The postal clerk that helped me was awesome the whole staff is always awesome each time I go the service is 100%
