Welcome Home Creamery & Coffee Hampton

Upon walking in, we were greeted with a great "Welcome home". Mr. Devlin explained to us all of the unique flavors. One of which he was Nationally Honored, "banana split". He also makes milk shakes of the same flavors that are home made in house. The cups and cones come with a complementary color changing spoon. We enjoyed other flavors such as lavender, vanilla, fudge ripple and one that's was infused with caramelized bacon. We will definitely be visiting again.

This is my second trip here coming from McDonough. Each time its good. If your traveling through Hampton please stop in for some of their treats, ice cream and coffee.. my favorite is the Butter Cookie.
The owners are very nice and greet you with good old fashion southern hospitality. You will not be disappointed!
Grab yourself a cookie or two while you’re there… peanut butter 😋

We love the ice cream and the environment here! A warm “Welcome home!” every time we walk in the door sets the tone automatically. The ice cream is delicious, they always make sure there’s something for the kids on the t.v. And they are constantly hosting events for the community. The husband and wife team are almost always there and truly make everyone feel welcome! Can’t recommend enough!

My sons and I absolutely love it here. The homemade desserts, craft coffee drinks, and award-winning ice cream choices are absolutely delicious. The owners and staff are very friendly and involved in the local community, which makes eating local a delight!

We love it here! My one complaint about Hampton was that we needed an ice cream shop and WH delivers in such a special way. The service is consistently solid. Great tasting ice cream and waffle cones!! Talked to the owner and heard they use a higher amount of butter fat in their base and it really makes it taste better! It’s as rich as butter pecan without being butter pecan. The waffle cones are made fresh and were amazing! They also happened to have the best coffee in all of south Atlanta!

We love this place. The service is good. I'm not big on ice cream but their ice cream is delicious and the flavors are interesting. So far, the banana pudding ice cream is my favorite flavor. Check it out. The others are really nice people and the employees are welcoming.

The owner is Amazing! The ice cream, coffee and all of that is great but her willingness to go above and beyond made my 15yr anniversary so special. She recreated a flavor for my husband we hadn't had since we got together and it made the night magical! Go enjoy and tip well!!!

Welcome Home is the real deal. Their ice cream is all homemade and amazing. Some family favorites are: cookies and cream, lavender, and coconut. They’re very friendly and their ice cream is well-priced compared to the fancier ice creams available in the frozen section in most grocery stores.

Yes!! My husband and I were pleasantly surprised to find this local gem. The ice cream and lemon pound cake were delicious! Service was friendly as well. Can't wait to try other things, like the cobbler.

All I can say is amazing. Such wonderful people who run it. I had the lavender ice cream and loved it. My son from Portland OR had the banana pudding and said that was the best he has ever had!! Love it.

They have the best lemon poundcake I've ever had in my life! I didn't know it could be that moist and lemony. Fantastic!! I drink their iced salted caramel latte with whipped cream. Positively delicious!!!

Welcome Home fits our community of Hampton. It has an old school feel mixed with new school. Since they have been opened, we have frequented them many times. Always friendly atmosphere and great people that work there. Keep up the great work staff!

We love walking downtown and grabbing a cone or any of your baked goods. The service is amazing. The variety of flavors is the best! Our nephew visited recently and he requested we go multiple times during his stay.
