For professional and courteous AT&T customer service, THIS is the best place to go! Romeshia Forte was the most patient, professional and knowledgeable service representative ever. If you are technologically-challenged, this is the place to get help. After I decided to buy a new phone because of the amazing deal available, Romeshia transferred all my info, got the new phone set up and answered all my questions. (Paul was also very good last month, helping my husband transfer all his info to an IPhone he had bought from his brother!) The manager was so nice too. This store rocks!

I went in to upgrade my phone. The location was clean & I love the fact that mask are required. I was greeted upon entering the store by all 3 employees. Romeshia assisted with my purchase & she provided excellent customer service. Romeshia was very knowledgeable & was able to assist me with the perfect phone. Romeshia was very pleasant, and professional. My process on today was the smoothest with no issues. Thank you Romeshia!!

Romeshia was amazing! She made sure I left with my service fully working! She definitely should be a manager because she was working the whole store by herself! Also she handled everyone in a timely manner with great customer service. She even turned on cartoons for my daughter while she helped me with my service. Great job young lady! I will be sure to send more customers your way!!!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Chyna. Even though she was the only one there, she was helping 2 other customers, including me, at the same time. Multi-tasking at its best. Luckily I had an easy issue that she quickly addressed and corrected. Got me in and out. Great spirit and attitude. Service and professionalism at ITS BEST!

I’m a Realtor and I went into this store without an appointment today. Ms. Cloe Cloe was amazing she was very helpful and patient. She went above and beyond walking me through setting up my new Apple phone. She has amazing customer service. I will definitely be referring any and everyone to her at that store.

Excellent customer service! I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T and the manager made my transition very easy! Normally this process can be long and drawn out but any time I’m having an issue with my phone I will return to this store! I was also able to upgrade to a new tablet and I wasn’t expecting that at all! I greatly appreciate the time and dedication given to me...it’s hard to find exquisite customer service these days but I left with a smile on my face!

I went to the Hampton store. The rep by the name of Malik was the best. He really took his time and explained everything I needed to know. The best rep I’ve ever had. Keep up the outstanding customer service.

I had one of the best service from my AT&T sales person the other day when I was trying to upgrade from my Android to my new iPhone folks🌺 both salespeople, Winona, Marcus and I believe Ren as well, were very knowledgeable, professional and NICE!!! My first initial experience was when I went into the store in Lovejoy, GA. Where I had the pleasure of having Malik the sales clerk help me transfer all my goodies from my old phone to my new one with ease🌺 Totally satisfied... thank you everyone for such outstanding services🌺 it was so refreshing, professionalism, knowledgeable and niceness altogether is so rear... thanks❤💯

My Family and I had an extremely pleasant experience at the Hampton/Lovejoy Att store. Our sales person was Tanisha. First, we entered into the store mid-day around 4. She was the only employee working with a packed store of about 5 customers waiting. Her patience was beyond impeccable to be dealing with this. She is extremely professional and mostly very knowledgeable of all phone types and ATT products and services. We transferred over 3 lines and opened a 4th line. What mostly impressed me about Tanisha is that she multi-tasked two customers at a time to minimize the wait. Provided water to waiting customers ALL WITH A SMILE. We didn’t get done until almost 10pm with our whole process and Tanisha didn’t seem bothered or annoyed at this fact. I commend her and ATT should be honored to have a valued dedicated employee as her. Att also should try and provide more staffing to assist in these matters. It was very late night to have an employee in a store handling multiple customers.

The environment was very pleasant. They greeted me when I came in although they were both with customers. I only had like a 5 minute wait. Once finished the manager helped me. It was an in and out trip. Very professional
