The retractable handle on my Briggs & Riley bag broke while on vacation in the Washington DC area. We stumbled onto TW Luggage by Google search, and, wow(!), are we glad we did!
From the moment I walked into the store, I knew I was in the right place. They were friendly, personable, helpful, and obviously knowledgable.
I was leaving for Chicago the next day, and had made arrangements for the bag to be picked up by someone else. I confirmed it might take up to a week to repair. Much to my surprise, I received a call later that day saying my bag was ready! He said he wanted to make sure I could take the bag back to Chicago with me. The bag was fixed, and had been cleaned up as well.
I can't give TW Luggage enough stars, but I hope you will give them your business. I'd support a business like this any day over shopping online. Bethesda has a gem in TW Luggage.

I needed to get a wheel replaced on my suitcase, and at TW the process was quick and reasonably priced. He also rotated the other wheels to better optimize for typical weight distribution. I'll be getting a few more years out of my suitcase now, thanks TW Luggage!

Delta lost a wheel off of my suitcase and didn't offer a repair, but an inferior entire suitcase replacement. My suitcase was fine otherwise; it just needed a new wheel. Samsonite said that they didn't have a spare in stock for my nine year old Cosmolite. They suggested a local repair center, and TW Luggage did not disappoint. The owner took it in and had a identical new wheel fitted in a week and for a VERY reasonable price of under $30. HIGHLY recommend. Parking is easy with the free 30 mins without validation in the lot. This place is a GEM!

Very friendly service and very reasonable price for repair of the wheel of my Samsonite roller. Also, lots of selection of new luggage as well. I highly recommend TW Luggage!

I had my doubts at first, becuase am about DIY, but time is a factor and the nice shopkeep took care of me fast and quick, and picked up my luggage the next day.

I had one broken roller on my Samsonite Luggage Piece from 15 years ago, but he was able to pull out a replacement part and switch it out for me for $29 bucks flat. Quick and simple service, cant ask for anything more, nice place, will come back if aanything else breaks~

I have been buying luggage from this shop for at least 20 years. They used to be in Mazza Gallery and when that mall closed, I was happy to find that they had relocated to a smaller but nicer, shopping center in Bethesda.
Luggage is one of my obsessions, since I travel quite a bit, others include stationery and walking shoes. I think highly of this luggage store, glad to see the next generation is helping out. Very satisfied with my latest purchases, including a multi-pocket fanny pack that I never ever thought I’d wear, but now I can’t use anything else, even for social events. I feel like I’m a (less wrinkly) Clint Eastwood, strapping on my six-shooters.

Superb fast service. Sent my Hartmann luggage in for repair. Got a call back promptly and a promise of delivery back in 2 days. Execution was flawless and repairs were completed. Very pleased.

I was researching prices for a luggage wheel that ripped off from checking it at the airport. Most places were charging my ridiculous amounts ($45-$55!!!) but Chad only charged $29.

Solid. Sorted. Sufficient. We were looking for a specific Eagle Creek piece of luggage. The store had the product in stock, and the owner worked with us to explain the benefits of one product vs another.

This place is a hidden treasure. There is a large inventory and selection of well-made luggage and other travel supplies at reasonable prices. Chad is very knowledgeable about every piece of luggage he sells and he is very kind/patient. He provided me with options I had not previously considered, which ended up solving my luggage needs better than I expected. Thanks for your help!

They were professional, friendly and quick to fix a TravelPro roll aboard. The other authorized warranty shop was unhelpful, try TW first.

I could not open my TSA lock after resetting. They very promptly were able to open and tell me what I had done wrong. Would highly recommend them.
