Went into the Westlake location and Natasha was so nice and informative on various products. I was really shocked by her product knowledge but mostly appreciated her great customer service!

Went to this location in Westlake for the first time. It’s super clean and organized. Natasha was working and was delightful. She was all smiles, upbeat, helpful and kind. She knows her product lines really well which I really appreciated!

Emily was amazing!! She did my make up and it looks flawless!! I am hiring her for my wedding!! She is so talented and knowledgeable on the facial products in the store!! My fav spot for beauty products!!!

I had purchased this hair dye from them, went home and it turned my hair a different color than what I had paid for. I had asked for my money back and all they would do is give me store credit. I spent $30 on this product and all they were going to is have me exchange it...Great customer service, won't give an unsatisfied customer their money back for something that isn't even their fault.

I’ve never been treated so rudely at a store before. You’re employee Lana was extremely rude and made me feel un-welcomed. I’m a very loyal customer and to be treated this way is so insulting. Please train your staff more
