Love this store!!! I knew Barbiero Italian Food Store was in my immediate area, but for some reason I just did not get there until my son, sent me a photo from inside the store and I saw a specific cheese I had been looking for, and there it was!
Someone I met in the store, a very Italian looking woman, said ""It's like going to Italy without the airfare!"''

I had to laugh as I was ordering my prosciutto cotto imported from Italy, and very delicious ..

The store is a gem of a place and I know, when I go, have to be careful, because, it is like Going to Italy without the airfare and you want to bring Everything home!!

Tony is incredible and the sandwiches are the best I’ve ever had

My go to place to stock up on pasatta, canned tomatoes (including canned cherry tomatoes) and all your other sauce making needs. They also have a wonderful deli counter and dessert cooler. Good sized slow dried pasta section. Grab some arancini or a cannoli for the drive home.

This store is my favorite place. Christian is very pleasant, warm and accommodating. Christian always has a smile on his face that will brighten your day no matter how or what mood you are in. Thank you for the great continuous service.

First time in here, was recommended by a friend. Great store for Italian food, items, and sandwiches! We bought some bottles of tomatoes to make sauce.

This store has so many of the products that I miss the most from Italy. The ladies behind the counter are the best!

I have lived in and around Malden for 62 yrs. Without a doubt the best Italian Cold Cut Sub I’ve ever had. My sub was hand slice paper thin with fresh red peppers, pickles and creamy provolone cheese.
Can’t wait return and try another sub!

Some of the very best coldcuts around. Fantastic inventory of all the wonderful holiday specialties from Italy. Absolutely fantastic service by the family member at the cash register and the lady in the deli. Found everything I was looking for, plus more, thanks to his patience and detailed explanation if some items I wasn't familiar with. Will keep returning and for all the foodies out there, add this to your 'must see' list.

I love this place! I shop for hard to find Italian products. The subs are excellent! the canolies are excellent! They have a great selection of gluten free pasta, instant coffee you can't find easily and they supply the big olive containers you see at Market Basket. They have 'Caciocavallo' cheese! Why is it so hard to find now? They have a pasta selection, cold cuts, canned goods, preprepared, some bread, and my favorite Chino drink by Sanpellegrino that no one seems to carry. They're a small shop, but they have a great selection of products.

Such a great store!!! They have these fazzy candies that I couldn't find anywhere here in the US. The prices are reasonable and they have so much product like fresh cheeses, meats, olives, pasta, coffee and cannolis! The gentleman that checked us out was awesome! He was pleasant, interactive and kind. Definitely will be going back there many times

This is my first time going there. Everyone was very friendly. Now to hey good stuff, they have soooooo many goodies..... I honestly wanted to buy everything I saw. I have a 3 yr old that doesnt really care for cheese, and this little girl ended up eating 5 samples of cheese!!!! 😂. Their subs AMAZING as well. It's so worth every single penny.

The best prosciutto out there!!!!!! I can’t even find prosciutto this good in any restaurant! The owners and staff are some of the nicest friendliest and humble people you can meet! Not only the prosciutto fantastic everything in the store is fantastic! This store has way better products than what you would get in the north end ( little Italy) I would highly recommend it!

Grear spot for so many true Italian specialties. The pasta and cheese selections were extensive. Marveled at the desserts and will definitely try some on my next visit. The crew could not have been more pleasant or helpful.

I had driven by this place a million times & not noticed. Finally stopped in with my son & immediately got the same feeling as when I went into an Italian specialty store as a kid. They carry a lot of items from pastas & everything for a good Italian meal to desserts, candies, drinks, etc. They have a full service deli, along with many cheeses & sausages. After you have gone in there for the first time, they will remember you. Don't be surprised to be greeted by a "nice to see you again" when you return. I forgot to mention the anisette sugar you can get there!

Love this store. The best prosciutto in town, and so much other Italian food! In case if you plan to go, their opening hours have been changed to 9am-5pm.

Fell in love with this store. Found my olives I hff a few been searching for from when I was on Sorrento last April, along with many other items. Cold cuts looked amazing my mom bought some. My new go to store instead of Paces and very reasonable prices.

I am here almost weekly to purchase their amazing store made fresh sausage as well as shop to see whats new. They offer an amazing selection of purely ITALIAN products . Everyone inside is super friendly and helpful.

I also go here to pick up espresso cups for my Nespresso machine. They work perfectly and save me money vs the cups from the manufacturer.
