I had a great experience here.
I mailed two packages the other day, but I lost the receipt and tracking number. So, I came in today to see if I could get another copy.

Gloria was very helpful. She went above and beyond looking through the computer as well as paper records to find the statuses and tracking numbers of my packages. One package was right on time and one was slightly delayed due to weather (understandable where I'm shipping to).

One thing that did strike me as odd through was when they added more tape to the bottom. They put some on, and it immediately fell off. I asked if they could put one more strip on, but they said it was "strong tape" and they would have to charge for it.

Other than that, good experience. Will go here again for business.

Love this location! Kim and her staff are so friendly and helpful it is unreal. I am happy to bring my companies business here for all of my shipping needs. I suggest you give them a try if you need to ship anything or get a postal box.

I lost my wallet in the parking lot in front of the UPS store and someone turned it in. Fortunately, the employee Lisa, went out of her way and searched for me on an app that can locate people and she informed me that they had my wallet. I’m so grateful for the person who turned it in and the honest staff at the store that went the extra mile to track me down. I will do all my shipping business at the store and hopefully you will too!

Arrived and was 5th in line. Within just a few minutes Gloria had processed each customer's request very quickly and efficiently and it was our turn. Super helpful with no issues. Ironically, most folks on these reviews seem to be dramatic about their experience. I do see how Gloria's fast and efficient pace would make some feel shorted for the attention the feel entitled to. Some people are just too sensitive. Easy packing and shipping. Definitely will be back.

I started coming to this location three years ago after multiple packages were stolen using FedEx. I ship from this location multiple times a month, I love them. Always super friendly and incredible service. They always make sure that my package is packed to perfection, I recently moved 25 miles away from this location and I still ship all of my packages from this spot because they're so awesome!!!

I have a small custom woodworking business and I ship packages 2 times a week at The UPS Store on Hogan Dr. in Gresham. For the last 5 years Veena, the owner, has helped me not only build up my business with her professional advice and services. She is the nicest person and has become a good friend. When delivering a package, I almost didn't have enough cash. The worker was very kind to reduce the price for me though. Very polite, very kind. The few times I've been here, the service has always been amazing.

The owner went out of her way to help.us pack some family pictures and get them sent off to relatives. My Mother is 95 and after the death of her husband we needed to send his family their pictures. Service was excellent! This is the best place to use for your packaging and shipping needs.

The team here is top notch. They're always super helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. The manager is so patient and wonderful and the employees that have helped me print things out have been phenomenal. I felt so bad when I ended up staying late to finish up a print job, but they were so nice about it and I can't express how much I appreciated their extra time.

UPS Store in Gresham is fabulous. We travel and snowbird, and they provide many essential services for us.The location can get crowded in the afternoons, so if you must go I person mornings are best. Lisa EXTREMELY helpful.

I regularly use this store and I have always been treated professionally and courteously by every employee; once the manager assisted me long after closing because of a problem with my transaction. A problem not of their making. I would recommend it highly.
