Bath & Body Works

Popped in to see if I could get lucky tracking down an item. I was helped by Adrianna. She was so nice and knowledgeable about all the products and had great suggestions. The store was perfectly in order and one of the nicest kept bath and body works I've ever been in. Will be back when I'm in the area.

Absolute nirvana when you walk in! All the smells and colors and fancy packaging! Today was buy one get one any size candle. Great deal! I love this store and have for 25 years now! I will be back again and again!

I have several Plug in smell good scents from Bath and Body Works! My favorite is Pumpkin Waffle and Carmel Pumpkin, Really anything pumpkin!! And they have super cute Fall light up plug ins!!

I came in looking for a candy cane scented wash/lotion combo and I found the perfect one with the help of the girl at the front about 3:30pm on 11/9/20. She was amazing! Didn't catch her name.

Personnel is attentive and helpful with all your questions about products. Offers are like "buy 3 pay 2" but in your ticket it's reflect like discounts in all the items selected, cashier explain with patience.

Everyone is so kind and helpful at this location. What I loved most about my experience was one of the girls (didn’t quite catch her name) but she had beautiful curly hair was by the register. She saw me struggling especially with my 3 toddlers and helped me get some amazing products . She had so much patience especially with all that wrapping. I usually don’t write reviews but she made me so happy that I had to hop on and write one for this location. Definitely coming back here!!

My wife, brother in law and myself went into the store and was immediately greeted by Erica. Not only was Erica friendly but was extremely eager to help us. Where I work customer service is our strong suit so it's easy for me to spot different levels of customer service whether it's good or bad and let me tell you, Erica has incredible top notch customer service. It was nice that she helped us find everything we were looking for but what really did it for us was how inviting and bubbly and kind her personality was.

Erica if you read this I hope you know you really made our day and you're truly awesome. Bath and body works truly has a model employee :)

This location is much larger than Gresham. The staff know my kiddos & when I shop, one of the amazing lady's take my daughter to smell candles, body sprays & soaps. My daughter then brings them to me & she always picks the best ones!!! They have a great selection!!! Candles for days, which is my jam. They have allowed me to get stock out of the back a day or two before it's supposed to be released. They go above & beyond. I go here weekly & it's my favorite location, Gresham is second.

Love this store. You can't help but feel good as you walk through the door! The sales crew are awesome and knowledgeable. They helped me match scents to family and friends. Like citrus? Try this. Having a sad day? Definately try that! ❤

Brooke helped me on the floor as soon as I walked in, and throughout our visit. Madeline was super helpful at the register. All the employees were friendly, and very helpful considering I had a baby on my hip and was a tad overwhelmed with all of the selection and matching it up with my list. Fun, friendly, easy, highly recommend

Nice, my wife really enjoys replenishing house scent devices. Now there are adjustible devices to help control the strength of the scent they emit since they can be overpiwering sometimes. Will see how these work

I bought wall a plug-in thingy and it worked magically! My room smells delicious! Everyone who helped my brother and I out did a fantastic job and the atmosphere was for sure welcoming and not too overwhelming considering everything scented in the store.

Omg this location is the best! The staff here go above and beyond! The Gresham station location didn't have what I was looking for so I went to this location and it had what I wanted and more. I highly recommend going to this location.
