The first time I went to this location they were less than helpful, but this time, Anthony went beyond the call of duty and resolved my problem. Thank you, Anthony, so much. I finally got my phone unlocked.

The MEs and managers at this location make things quick and easy. I recently needed to get on T-Mobile's Home Internet service temporarily, and both the signup and the return of the gateway device were hassle-free. The store employees couldn't cancel the actual service, but that's a corporate restriction.

They fix our phones, friendly and very helpful

I was in the store today and left my wallet on the counter while looking at phones. Meanwhile a security guard came in and evidently thought that the wallet was lost so he picked it up. One of the guys working in the store noticed and helped me hunt down the security guard to help get my wallet back. Very strange situation but I'm so glad he helped me. Very nice people working in that store!

Came in yesterday to get my wife a new iwatch. Roland R. Helped us out and it was a great experience. He is very thorough and very nice. Ended up buying two watches!

Friendly staff had me situated with a new phone within an hr....even took time to make sure all my texts pics and ect transferred
