Brighton is my go-to jewelry and accessories store for several reasons. The staff is consistently helpful and nice, always ready to assist in choosing items when you're stuck. The quality of the jewelry is excellent, and the designs are very appealing. I love coming here and will continue to return to this store. Highly recommended for a great shopping experience!

My review is for Veronica who was extremely helpful in finding me a ring I've been searching months for. She gave up her commission and went over and beyond to find it for me at a different Brighton store. That's customer service at its best. Love this store! High-end purses and accessories. One could get in trouble in this store. They have upgraded their staff in recent years and are more friendly and helpful! I do love the option of creating a wishlist to help your loved ones shop for you!

Totally awesome store! Every item seems to be hand-selected for quality, looks, and function. The sales staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I could easily spend lots of money there on gifts for my wife. She loves the jewelry, handbags, watches, shoes, wallets and just about everything else!

I was out doing some shopping. I came across this store knowing it is one of my wife's favorites. I met Victoria and she was real easy to work with. She helped me with some ideas and tried locating some others. If you ever stop by make sure you say hi to Victoria, let her know Mike sent you. She will treat you like a good friend not just another sale.

Best experience in a jewelry store yet! Had amazing customer service from Sheri Smith. Felt very welcomed and had all my questions answered. Left with a gnarly locket for my girlfriend. Def coming back 🤓🤓🤓

Loved how they limited customers in the store. 2 customers per sales associate. Hand sanitizer everywhere. The sales associates are always very nice and the manager is super sweet. Great shopping experience.
