the food is AMAZING, the staff is warm, attentive and enthusiastic! Recently opened and worth multiple visits when you are in town! Only about 20 seats and sparten decor, but worth your attention! I'm excited to have found this place!

I've never tried Filipino food before and I was super excited to see that there was some in Ashland! It was an amazing first experience. The food was very tasty, and the employees were so nice. And the ube cake was amazing! I will definitely come back :)

Harana is SUCH a needed addition to the Ashland culinary scene! The vibe is laid back, yet elevated, with an insane level of attention given to every single detail. It’s evident that the menu items and the space itself are a labor of love for the owners; they even have a small framed picture of their childhood home back in the Philippines hung next to the front door!

I had the lumpia, mango salad, and chicken adobo along with their house lemonade (the best lemonade I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many). Everything was utterly delicious and cooked to perfection using super fresh ingredients, incorporating a lot of really delicate, unique flavors.

You literally can’t go wrong with either of the desserts either. I held off on the cheese ice cream for a while because I thought it sounded weird, but it’s actually become my favorite of the 3 offerings!

Harana Cafe is the new Ashland go-to. Can’t wait to see how it evolves and matures.

Such a cozy space with a great wine selection and fun drinks! The lumpia is obviously a must, and I loved my adobo so much. Can’t wait to come back!

Finally, a local restaurant with delicious and authentic Filipino cuisine. Friendly and fast service brings delightful BBQ, pansit, and other favorite dishes to your table. Great beer selection. Relax to native pop tunes making you feel like you are making a visit to Manila without the long, long plane ride! We will be back often!

Possibly the best food I've ever eaten. The service was superb. I felt incredibly welcome. Staff was seriously amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough, and cannot wait to return

The ube cake was scrumptious and the noodles were also scrumptious!! The waiter was super nice and also the music is great and all around a super good experience.

We have been to Harana twice so far, both times because we happened to be nearby and it was cold and rainy, and the café looked cozy and inviting. It has a lovely atmosphere, although it is casual. Orders are placed and then customers sit down at a table with a number and the orders are brought out. The lumpia are melt-in-your-mouth glorious. We always order extra atchara because yum. I love the sisig pork belly, which has lots of yummy acrid onions and a gooey melty egg. Their rice is perfect. The cheese ice cream is crunchy and savory and a delightful end to a meal there. Hopefully we will branch out and try other dishes in the future… We just love what we’ve had there before so much!

A Filipino restaurant, you order at the counter and your food is brought to you. The aesthetic is clean, simple and bright. The service is great. Everyone was very warm and friendly. There were good vegetarian options. The food was delicious.

I wish I could eat pork so I could enjoy the whole menu. So far everything I’ve had has been delectable (5 dishes so far and one dessert)

Authentic but high quality and cleaner than a lot of Filipino food I’ve had in the pines and in hawaii.

The dinner and appetizers were delicious and healthy! The beef shank was a substantial portion and the veggies were perfect as well!

The staff is very friendly as well. I am sure I will be back regularly!

What can I say, this place slaps! Went for opening night, the Lumpia was great and I washed it down with a few Red Horse's. We shared the chicken and rice - it was amazing! Service was wonderful, I will be back!

So delicious! Their adobo is so savory and the mango cucumber salad added such a perfect bright edition on the palate.
10/10 definitely coming here again.

The Pinoy crew here are all so friendly and gave great customer service. The atmosphere here is relaxed and the food was delicious and was fairly priced.
