I was shocked to see some negative reviews at this store. I had a wonderful experience while looking for a new hydrating, light-weight foundation. When I walked in, someone immediately greeted me and asked if I needed help finding anything and I told her what I was looking for and she lead me right to it. She had an appointment to get to so another gal came over to help color match me. Her name is Cindy and she is the sweetest soul! She helped me find the perfect color and provided me with great advice about my skin. She even went the extra mile and provided me with a small sample of product that would help my skin. So excited to try it! Even the gal at the register was super sweet. I will definitely be visiting this Ulta again! Highly recommend!

Had a hair appointment with Anabely today, she was incredible….best haircut I’ve received at this location. She really went over my hair making sure everything was perfect. 10/10 - highly recommend

As a person born with super thick horse hair that I keep very long… it gets unruly sometimes (it does what it wants and I’m limited in how I can style it, because it’s so heavy!). In addition to having super heavy hair, I’m at an age where I can’t avoid coloring it anymore. I dyed my hair for the very first time toward the end of last year and I must say, that of all the “gray hair battles” I’ve engaged in since then, this trip to Ulta was the most successful!

I’m very happy with the results and it’s the closest I’ve ever gotten to my natural colors. More importantly, my grays are gone (yay!). What I love about this place is that despite my super long and thick horse hair, I pay the same base rate as everyone else to get my roots done.

Josie/Josey(?) did my hair this time around and she did an amazing job!!! She was very patient with me and with all of my questions as I’m annoyingly ignorant (read: relatively new) to hair color treatments. I don’t even know if “hair color treatment” is the right term for it. See? Clueless! But I’m learning.

My hair is not the easiest to work with and so I appreciate the wonderful work she did for my aging horse mane 🙌🏼💇🏽‍♀💕 very very happy with the results.

Was extremely busy due to it being two days before Christmas, but the staff were awesome help. The online store isn't bad either and pickup was very nice.

Super friendly super clean the girls weren't too clingy like they were chomping at the bit for sale. Overall enjoyed the experience

Great store ! Love coming here, although the girls who were right there when I walked in were snotty and just plain rude just standing around doing nothing!!!!!! Whoever was working today shouldn’t be working there anymore! I don’t usually complain but they definitely don’t know the definition of customer service there was an older lady that helped me and she was amazing don’t know what her name was but thank you for your help! Other than then please reach your snotty employees that their make up don’t cover all that ugly!

Love getting my make up here! For many years I just bought grocery store quality products. Recently I decided to treat myself and I will never go back to grocery stores to buy make up. I love that the sales associates are so helpful and friendly. I’d be lost in that store without their help!

I went in and was helped by Marissa. She was lovely, when I came in I was upset about returning makeup that did not work for me, she was more than willing to help me. She found a perfect match to my skin and was patient and understanding about my frustrations and makeup concerns. She was seriously amazing give her a raise!!!

Got my brows done by Holly she was super sweet and informative about brow structures & products. Very impressed.

In regards to Salon Service: I just got my hair did by the beautiful Shelby J and I absolutely LOVE my hair!!! I've always cut my own hair but this time I needed professional help. I was able to book online and get right in. Shelby had a professional and GENUINE attitude, didn't feel fake. She was so sweet and really did a great job with my hair. I will definitely be going back, maybe for color service next time. Thank you Shelby, YOU ROCK!!!

I went here and was helped by Mika. She was very nice, and extremely helpful and patient. She helped me find great products for my face. She explained all the products that would be good for me.

My go to for all my beauty needs! The Ulta brand is pretty good for basics as well. The workers are always so helpful in finding the right shade that you need. I have sensitive skin and they have helped tremendously with product selection!

I had so much fun with everyone in the store. They walked me around, answering all my questions and helping me find what I was looking for. Also, their return policy fills me with confidence.

The selection of prestige and drugstore products is always expanding. Low pressure and helpful sales staff have always been friendly to me. I've been happy with the Benefit Brow Bar and the Salon services. They have almost EVERYTHING you could ever want, and more!

CHASE is such a sweetheart!!! I have been a long time loyal customer there and came in the other day looking to improve my skin care regiment in a very huge way!!! I have sensitive skin, eczema, dry, combo. You name it, it happens to me. ever since these masks have come into play they have reeked havoc on my face even more so. Chase hooked me up!!! You can tell he is very passionate and knowledgeable and yet willing to learn soooo much more. He will go far in this industry, I can see it. I am coming back, I need to pick up the new Chanel skin care regiment I think. So far absolutely amazing product!!! Thank you Chase you are amazing!!! BIG Kudos to you and BIG XOXOX!!!

I went in having a general idea of what I needed but completely unsure of what exactly.....
I dreaded being lost for at least 30 minutes.
But no! Jeremy to my rescue!!!
Within 45 seconds of being in the store, Jeremy noticed me and asked if I needed help.
Oh boy did I!
Somehow I was in and out in 3 minutes!
Incredible!
If you ever need a go-to in this store it is Jeremy you need without a doubt!
I cannot wait to see the results of these products!

I always love Ulta beauty! I've noticed since the other Ulta opened up at the Willamette town center this Ulta doesn't keep a lot of the items I purchase in stock and I constantly get told the other Ulta should have it in stock or order it online. I expect this store to be just as fully stocked as the other store. I guess there's a reason why I continue to shop at the one on Center st.. The keizer store is falling..

Service was awesome. Free samples for skin care and make up. Setting up appointments are easy and if you talk to them for a while they are like your friends. Enjoyed the staff a lot. Would recommend anyone in the area

This location of Ulta, really is quite lovely. This was the 1st time I'd been to the store, & was very impressed. The clerks I dealt with were all extremely helpful & pleasant. None seemed daunted or uncomfortable with my Blindness, but instead, were genuinely curious & asked questions, and joked with me. The Urban Decay expert was especially helpful, finding the perfect matches for me, & listened to my concerns. She even had some troubleshooting tips that were quite brilliant! The checkout gal was super nice, & even saved me a bit if cash! The majority of the products here are higher-end beauty, like MAC, Lancòme, Too Faced, tarts, & Marc Jacobs. But, Ulta has its own less expensive line. The gals always seem to be happy to help find a cheaper alternative, if you're in need to save $. All in all, I'd recommend Ulta over a department store ANY day! Join their ULTAmate Rewards, & you'll save Real cash 💸!
