The Modern Well

I love stopping here in the morning, even when I’m in a rush, because as soon as I step through the door, it feels like everything is paused and I am no longer in a rush. The coffee is good. The employees are friendly and it’s just all around a great atmosphere atmosphere.

I tried their Chai latte with vanilla...OH SO GOOD! This place is really special. It has nice spots for groups to meet up, plus lots of cozy niches if you need some time alone. A great addition to our community!

Absolutely amazing spot! The owners, Sara and Wyatt, are so kind and friendly and hospitable! You can taste the quality and care put into the coffee. The baked goods are also exceptional, the cookies especially! Highly recommend the matcha and butter pecan breve! Lots of room for working and for gathering with friends.

This is a great local spot to stop for coffee - they have a great selection of roasts, specialty drinks, teas, & treats. A great place to get work done too!

The Modern Well is a gem of a coffee shop. The atmosphere is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The coffee is excellent and a lot of care is put into it by friendly staff. Whether you are a local or just passing through, this place very worth checking out!

The Modern Well is one of my favorite local businesses to support. The homemade baked goods are so yummy; I really enjoy their scones and Hazelnut Lattes!

Sooo I ran out of coffee and just thought I’d stop in to our local Coffee House. Super glad I did. I told Ms. Sarah the owner how I liked my coffee and WHAAALAAA it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! The tasty cinnamon roll was an added bonus!! Excellent Price as well!! Ms. Sarah, I’ll be back!!!

Great coffee, homemade syrups and baked goods. The smoothies are delicious as well! Plus, kind service and a welcoming atmosphere. Oh, yeah: don't miss the latte flights!

I love this coffee shop. I love trying their new latte flavors every week. The staff is always friendly and service is great. The fresh baked good are delicious.

Super cute and clean spot. The quality was much better than chains like Starbucks or Biggby, at noticeably better prices.

Great vibes: clean, cozy, well lit, staff are very professional and polite. There's plenty of seating across three rooms, and the outlets are equipped with USB jacks. The lemon blueberry scones are delicious!

Maple latte and butterscotch scone so good could taste the love in it . Really felt welcome at this small Town coffee shop .

Their lattes are very good. I had their brown sugar, cinnamon latte very very good. Customer service was outstanding Sarah was my bistro.

Nice owner, I'm a trucker and stoped in the evening on my way home. She was very punctual and polite and willing to take my banter about the world and put a positive on spin everything I said. Made a good cup of coffee. Hopefully she does good here.

This coffee shop is so cute and cozy. The coffee is decadent. We got caramel lattes with oat milk. This is our new favorite spot.
