The Washboard Cafe

This has quickly became a family favorite for breakfast! Kids love the donuts, adults love the biscuits and gravy. Coffee is so delish. Would give 6 stars but Google won’t let me 🫶🏻 staff is so nice and always smiling.

It is a very unusual laundromat.
You can wash your clothes while having coffee and a pastry. Staff is very helpful. You can pay several ways. You can download the Westinghouse app and put money on the app. When you are ready to wash your clothes, you simply type in the number of the machine you are using and the washer starts. The other means of payment are quarters you put in the washer yourself, or you can pay at the register in the food area.
They have a new area that is an event space located next door to the laundromat/ cafe for parties. The day I was there, they were hosting a bridal shower.

What a genius concept! Coffee first and then laundry? Heck yeah! It is such a warm welcoming place and such amazing comfort foods. Not to mention delicious and creative coffee choices. I loved the cold brew over night oats so much. Supporting local businesses is a great feeling!

Great cafe! Wonderful variety of freshly made baked goods and drinks. The service is also top notch!

A phenomenal location. We used this business while renovating our home. I met the owners and connected strongly with their pipeline construction story, I’m in construction as well. My wife is a bit obsessed with their coffee and food. It’s been a great experience in every aspect and the local business aspect is just the cherry on top.

This is why we love small towns. Who would think that you'd find good coffee and great pastries in a laundromat? I was curious, so I got more than I needed--coffee, an apple Danish, and a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a bagel--and paid about $10 for all of it. This was the best danish I've had in ages, the breakfast sandwich was assembled right there in front of me with *real raw ingredients,* and the coffee was worth drinking black, even if it wasn't the best I've ever had. I'm just visiting, but this would easily become a breakfast favorite of mine.

I have been meaning to go check out this business and try the coffee. The whole experience was amazing, warm, and welcoming. There was a line, but no one appeared impatient about waiting, it was a pleasant atmosphere. I ordered The Eye of the Tiger (hot) and 3 eggs with cheese, both were really good. The owners are kinda cool too! I'll be back!

Very quaint place! Had a super yummy boxed lunch of a ham and cheese and piping hot tomato soup plus a chocolate chip cookie! Delicious blended latte and the staff was super friendly! Now, I want to not do my laundry for a week and take it all up there and try the machines!

Wow!! Just wow!! Talk about some of the best biscuits and gravy ever! You can taste the love :) And the fact that I was able to do 2 wks of laundry, eat breakfast plus take left overs, tip the girls and had a 32oz Sugar Free Seasonal drink for $21 is AMAZING!!!!

My mom brought me to this unique coffee shop yesterday after my job interview at The Hive, also a forthcoming coffee shop in Willard. The uniqueness within this coffee shop is that it is a fusion of a coffee shop, but mostly a laundromat! In fact, only the back right corner is the coffee shop.
Only one barista was on duty at the time, and the environment was quite peaceful. I had an upbeat experience here, which had started during my job interview.

Great courteous staff eager to help first-timers. Delicious drinks. Huge fan of the blended salted caramel! With St. George's Donuts (the best in the 417) available too?! Major win for Willard!

No need for the laundry facilities personally but they have brand new nice machines and the pricing wasn't bad either. Drop off laundry services offered as well. Win-win all around!

This is absolutely the best laundromat I’ve ever been to! The owners and everyone I’ve met there are Ginuwine good people, and the laundromat is A+ tiptop shape. The bathrooms are amazing and very very clean and smell good and the café coffee bar is very good. I highly recommend going to the café even if you don’t need to do your laundry.

My first order was a little too sweet for my taste and I asked for a cup of black coffee to lessen the sweetness. Without hesitation, they offered to remake it half-sweet. I felt bad but thet insisted that it wasn't an issue. I really appreciate that they wanted me to enjoy my order and were so friendly!

Plus, my donuts were pretty great!

This place is a hidden gem! I have never had a bad experience grabbing a coffee here. Staff is always pleasant and makes sure you love your drink! Drive thru for those early morning pajama visits. Get the lavender honey latte and thank me later! And trust me, get the big one!

The Chai tea I had was delicious! I also had the potato soup with I think an everything croissant. Yum! The chocolate chip cookie was awesome. I enjoyed the outside seating as it was a beautiful day.

Had to find a laundromat when our washer decided to up and call it quits on laundry day. Wanted somewhere I could sit and my kiddo could play also, happy to have found this place!

Absolutely the cutest and cleanest wash place that I have ever been in! Laundry is a chore by itself, but you can come in and have a little getaway from the world! Love it!

Delicious, homemade coffee, smoothies, breakfast bagel sandwiches, scones, and more. Our favorite place to go in Willard! It’s clean and decorated so cute and the owner is the sweetest. If you haven’t tried— you must!

I am a truck driver, so I’ve been to laundromat all over the United States and this has to be the nicest one I’ve ever been to by far brand new machines all digital they take quarters also. Lounge area with couches and tv. Also a café like Starbucks, but better definitely will always stop here when I come through.

What a hidden gem, everything is freshly made with love and attention to detail. This is a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food is wonderful and the chai is made from the same things dreams are made of. You are made to feel like you are extremely welcomed and it is a Cosy family environment. I would highly recommend this to all my friends and family. Keep up the great work.
