I have been an Electrical Contractor for over 20 years in the Northwest Arkansas area. With that being said, I have seen all sorts of methods to construction. Great people to work with, attentive to detail. I've been in construction myself for years now doing concrete and soil density, all their guys have an excellent handle on quality control of materials. Didn't see a thing that wouldn't pass my own tests.

Absolutely the best! We had went to united built and had a horrible experience. We were lied to by the sales agent and manipulated. We can happily say after visiting with Bill at southwest homes that it was a completely different experience. Very friendly and honest people at Southwest. We knew answers almost immediately. When my husband and I decided to build our first home we didn’t even know where to start. We were visiting with builders and our second one was with Scott at Southwest Homes in Springdale. Scott took the time to listen to what we wanted and keep it realistic for our budget; we canceled all other meetings after talking with Scott.
