My Husband and I had the pleasure to work with George on my truck parts needed. George was thorough, very knowledgeable and answered many (I mean many) of my questions. He kept his composure and did not seem disturbed with all my questions that I had asked. I was quite pleased with my transactions with getting the right parts and as well making me feel good about my purchases. Now to get down and dirty and fix my power steering pump. Return the core and get back to driving.

The young man who helped me was patient and knowledgeable, important qualities to have for an impatient man like me.

The manager at this store went way out of his way to help me. Thanks to him, we finally have the correct bearing and can tow our trailer once again. He is a really down to earth kinda guy. I would use this store over all others.

The young lady who helped us at the counter was amazing. We needed to top off the oil in my daughter's daughter's mini Cooper and neither of us had a clue about what oil to get. The young woman said 'Oh, no problem, what's the license number?', and from that she told us exactly what we needed. Worth five stars every day of the week.

I have to say the employees at this location are awesome, especially Max. I didn't have a clue what type of oil my car took and Max was extremely helpful. He didn't make me feel stupid because I didn't know. He really deserves 10 stars. Thank you, Max!!!!

Car wouldn't start, jump started it. Headed over to this location. Was met by welcome from Gavin. Don't know anything about batteries. Gavin took the time to test battery, alternator, and eventually recommendation on which battery to buy. After I purchased, Gavin was nice enough to offer to help me install it in the parking lot (in the rain might I add) so I could head home without issues. Gavin saved my evening!

They were very helpful and quick. My car had a problem starting and I needed a jump start. After letting my battery charge for a while, I drove to O'Reilly.

They tested my battery, alternator, and starter for free. I'm guessing I saved about $200. I didn't need to make an appointment or wait.

I have an account with O'Reilly auto parts and when I need something they get it to me quick.

Excellent customer service at this location, Daniel was quite knowledgeable and courteous in helping me with a battery and headlight issue.

I was in this store briefly to pick up some seatbelt neck protectors, which I highly recommend if you have a seatbelt that is cutting into your neck. I asked an employee if he could point me in the direction of said protectors. He new where they were located and promptly took me to them. I made my choice and went to the register where I was greeted by a very nice lady. I paid her and off I went. The store was neat and clean. If I'm ever back in that part of the country and need something for my vehicle, I would stop here again. If you are local to this location, stop in for your car part needs.

O'reilly Tip: they price match listed or advertised prices on same make and part number from their brick and mortar competitors. Hard part is for the most part they all carry different manufacturer of parts. O'reilly's is gonna carry one manufacturer of brake pads and AutoZone will carry a different manufacturer. There is only really just a few parts that both places carry. O'reilly's usally has better warranties on my their parts. Like their life time warranty alternator I got one for my 95 dodge ram 1500 a while back and the new part broke a couple times for different reasons reach time but I just had to take it out bring it to any O'reilly's and they would exchange it for a new one if they had it in stock. I was told that part was made in china with poor quality parts and they know you might need to go thru a couple to get a good one that actually lasts so they don't give you any grief about why your bringing it in to exchange even if it was your fault it broke. That's just my experience

I phoned and spoke with a cheerful and helpful lady who verified they had Thrush Glasspacks in stock with the 2.5" diameter I needed. I told her I would be in later to see them before deciding to maybe purchase. Later, after arriving at the store, a young man named Collin, mentioned to me his co-worker had set the glasspack aside for me after I asked him about Thrush Glasspacks. Collin showed it to me and it was exactly what I wanted. Problem. It was the only one in stock for my specifications and I required two. Collin then offered to arrange for another glasspack to be delivered to the store by 1:45 (same day) to which I agreed. I left and returned to store about 2:00 and the other glasspack was there and I completed purchase. Collin and the lady earlier, showed genuine interest assisting me. These employees performed superlative follow through and the best customer service. Oreillys saved my day in assisting and fulfilling my order as promised!

There was a technician by the name of Jacob. He could see that I did not know the first thing about changing my headlight in my GMC Sierra. He took 22min to change it for me! He was one of the nicest people that I have ever met! I will definitely pay it forward!

Battery time. Made way easy with O'Reilly. They changed it out too. Wonderful customer service.
